Ghare aapde aatho lavya vina jalebi banavie to ema Baking Soda / Baking powder kaanto Eno no upyog karvo pade che jenathi khiru ma instant aatho aavi jaay ane jalebi fuleli ane Crispy bane. Jo tame baking soda k baking powder wali samagri prabhu ne aarogavta hov to eno pan aarogavi sakay
Eno jo Tamare market Mathi na lavvu hoy to ghare pan banavi sako cho. Tena maate 1 tsp Rock Salt / Sendha Namak + 3 tbsp Citric Acid (Limbu Na Phool) + 4 tbsp (Baking Soda) aa badhu sarkhu mix Karine kaach ni airtight bottle ma bhari devu.
Note - Guru Ghar ni Aagya pramane samagri siddh karvano aagrah rakhvo. 🙏🙏
