A very starchy type of potato will also give the stretch, just need enough of it & less water if it is boiled, better to bake one them use the inside

@@PlantifullyBased arrowroot as well!. It's very stretchy, at least in my experience 👀 I've actually ruined some recipes because arrowroot is all I had and they became stretchy/gooey, lol. I'll try to find tapioca flour today in my local market and give the recipe a go ⭐

This is amazing!!! Never thought of using lentils to make vegan cheese. Can't wait to try this! And I totally relate to telling people to always make sure to use unflavored almond milk. The same applies for sweet baked goods otherwise you just get that super sweet vanilla flavoring and it's no good at all!

That’s brilliant! Red lentils. I can’t wait to try this. I got your book last week and it is just gorgeous. I was so happy to see a recipe for Arancini. I love your food. I was glad to see that lasagna recipe in there too. I made this a long time ago, and it is by far the most authentic vegan Italian recipe I have ever made. Well done.
I was quite delighted to discover that you studied opera. That makes you extra special, because most people can sing, but opera is a beautiful gift from God. I studied violin when I was younger and loved it. Bach was my favourite, but Mozart had a serious gift. Classical music is the basis for all the best music ever written. If you can play classical, you can transition to any other genre out there. Sorry for rambling, but I love a good tune. Thanks again for this beautiful book. It’s perfect. Love and light. ☮️💕

Aw thank you so much, I love opera so much but life just took a bit of turn towards food haha! Yes, you are so right.
