What's your favorite piece in my living room?
I loved the 18th century side table, also the copper framed mirror , loved!!! I actually loved ALL of it ( pumpkin tied the room together though 😊). Thank you !! Happy New Year!!!
I like the Doors
The cabinet with the platter that Eddie gave you.
Those huge doors and the cross in your cabinet. What a special but also sad memory. Happy belated birthday. ❤

Hearing Paula tell the stories behind each piece in her home just warms my heart. You can tell with Paula it’s not how “expensive” something is, it’s how much it “means” to her heart because of the pieces history. Seeing her express her heart and memory when viewing the 9/11 cross made from the beams of the towers almost made me tear up.❤️Paula Deen is one special human being. Reminds me of my grandmother. She’s still with us but now has memory issues so remembering the times as a child when me and my “mawmaw” would sit down on the couch and watch Paula Deen’s show together warms my heart. My grandmother and I both have both loved and enjoyed Paula Deen together for over 20 years. Now that she is sick, everytime I watch Paula, it takes me back to when I was a child laughing with my grandmother and watching Paula’s shows.❤️🥹

SIGH...SOOOO envious of cream color furniture. I had that "before son". Now he is a teenager and until I unload him to college (LOL)-I will just have to wait on my cream colored furniture. Love the decor -very cozy. The door is exquisite. Love it.
I can totally relate to this, I also have a small dog.
We were actully thinking of getting some white living room furniture and ended up getting black leather, My husband wanted to get this dining room set that had white seats, I was like no way!!

Thank you so much for sharing. I just love the whole room. I refinished antiques for 25 years and I have a soft spot for all of it. My Dad was a carpenter so I liked to go to his shop and just smell the wood. He made so many things for my sister and I. Also the blue things. Those lamps are wonderful. And the large platter Eddy gave you is precious. I have my grandmothers dinning room table. So I have memories all over my house. So have a good heart Paula. I enjoy you. Joyce

Ya'll, I just want you to know that Paula is the most genuine person. I had the pleasure of meeting her very briefly as a young teen and she's exactly what you'd expect.
My family and I now live close to savannah and everytime we go into town, I alway wonder if we may run into her again. I wake every single episode of her TH-cam channel, due to the fact that I recently lost my dear grandmother and Paula has just kinda always been a part of my life, so when I watch the show it kinda feels like I'm visiting my grandmother again.

My favorite piece in your living room is that cabinet next to the doors, with all your precious keepsakes in there, I’m also drawn to that beautiful mirror with the patina from that architectural piece in NY! So much history in your beautiful home and everything tells a story!
Eddie’s background in antiques definitely comes in handy when you’re shopping for one of a kind pieces, I love that he shares his knowledge with us. I love estate sales, auctions, flea markets!
