one of my friends who took the exam today said that they wrote about the hunger games. on the q3. i take ap lit next year and was wondering if it’s acceptable to write of a book like that (they said they only specifically wrote about book 1, and didn’t mention anything from later on in the series)

also i had others mention that you aren’t allowed to write about a book in a series, but i’ve seen online of people writing about thg and getting high scores.

Students are allowed to write about any book they can that relates to the prompt. I don't like the Hunger Games, but that's just my preference. :)

​@@alyssadellav, Readers will score whatever is in front of them. They will score a paper that is written about multiple books in a series, but it is better to write about one book. But if a student does it well about a story, that's a series, that student will be rewarded. :)
