He neglected to mention that he recently flew back to London (first class) to vote on cutting tax aid to millions of low-wage British workers. So I'd say having to say "Lord Lloyd Webber" isn't really a nightmare, not being able to afford to feed your kids or pay for utilities at the end of the month THAT is a nightmare.

It was rated "Outstanding" by Ofsted before his scheme was introduced and students had regularly gone on to study at top universities including Imperial College (UK's equivalent of MIT), UCL and King's as well as Oxford. The student he is talking about just happened to be the first to go to Oxford to study music and the reason she was able to do so was because she was talented, hard-working and she had the backing of an excellent headteacher and assistant headteacher in charge of Music and the performing arts.
