Ngl I love sim battles. It makes it so much more fair, as you cant just 3rd person peak everywhere. I just like how much more variety there is with combat, people bounce/shatter more often, or flat out miss because that's just how it is with gun sights etc. Just all around more fun in my opinion The only downside is next to no one plays it, so queue times are like 5-10 minutes.
It would be interesting to have the appropriate MBTs be equipped with GPS unit positioning maps; it would show friendlies on the mini map. Not to mention that western vehicles can sent GPS coordinates at whatever was it was pointed at when laser rangefinding.

You have the luxury of flying planes yourself being competitive and choose to use mouse joystick :x But sim is lovely, i hope it gets more popular. It really just needs way longer matches and bigger maps.
You'll see those people in Simulator battles who just spawn camp with ATGM Helis. I have seen a video of a player who did that and over a year later, they still were.

I wish they'd make sim where you didn't get kill or hit pop-ups, and you also didn't get the damage window when you hit someone, so you wouldn't be able to tell if you've killed/disabled them until you see the tank explode

They should add the gunner offset sight to RB. Would make it less of a point and click barrel shooting adventure. = more fun :) Edit: It would also add a bit more of a skill gap to vehicles - having to get used to where the sight is vs the bore.
i play sim air battles and have fun in those but have never played sim ground because my timezone is weird so whenever im online there are basically zero people playing sim ground. Last time i tried to play ground sim i waited like ten minutes before giving up with the matchmaker and switching to another gamemode

The sim grind continues! Top tier sim battles can be fun but they’re mostly just infuriating. I typically stick to the WW2 tiers for sim.
