Hello Donald; I am Edward and I have a multi business in Connecticut but one of them is exactly what you do and I got called last night to go into the bowels of a liquor store in Meriden, CT where they had stacked up all this crap that we had to spend a bunch of time moving out of the way. It had a rat trap. I had tried to go through the vent. I was in the parking lot, but that was so clogged up. It would not let my power auger go through even with the speed on it! So, after having to break the two brass caps off, I went in with my long prybar and started commencing scooping out big chunks of wadded up toilet paper and paper towels, and “other stuff“! I had taken multiple pictures by self but I asked the kid that was there to take a video of the big gush that was going to ensue, and I had set up my camera to do so, but the idiot had accidentally swiped his fingers on where it went just to a different mode, but not to take a video so I missed out on recording The big big gush that was coming out of this thing, it rivaled a lot of your big gushers. It was a big gosh that filled up multiple 5 gallon pails very very quickly plus other stuff going all over the floor as well. I went in and cleaned out the scale and the grease and the other stuff that caused the blockage as well. Customer might have me take that “rat trap“ right out next week, I will let you know. Thank you for all that you do!

That was a pretty interesting unclogging for sure. That was good hunting for the cap under the sludge mess. And of course one of the main culprits.....tons of soap scum.....and a someone deciding to do laundry in the toilet bowl. :P
