Sheetmetal available in different thickness i choose 1mm for easy bending...

can i use 6 0 6v 500mamp transformer then how many volt it will give

It will gives you maximum 12-14v 250mA if use full wave Bridge rectifier.
And 6v-9v 500mA if use center tapped full wave rectifier using two diods.
I will try to make power supply using 6-0-6 500mA center tapped full wave rectifier using two diods but it gives 250mA current only.
I recommend to use minimum 12v 1A or 2A transformer.
