    Not only would it never have occurred to me to a) have an autoharp, b) tune it nonstandardly, and c) add digital beats, but it would never have occurred to me to edit the video together in the way you did. You have to keep making things, because if not you, then who? Thanks for consistently creating weird good stuff.

    Close your eyes, listen to this, and imagine. A video game all about the wonders of the mind, and what goes on inside your dreams. It's a puzzle game, and there are stunning visuals, and THIS is the sound track. IT MAKES SO MUCH SENSE IN MY HEAD

      happy to spread the word about hard working artists :) billain is just one of many incredibly talented neurofunk producers. the genre really has a lot to offer in terms of production quality. Here are some more, should you want to go a little deeper. Mefjus, Trilo, Allied, Bl4ck Owlz, Phace, Joe Ford, Noisia...

    That is actually an epic combination of two worlds that at first don't seem to fit with eachother. This is such an experience! I like the song a lot! I know you've done zillions of song where you have traditional or weird instruments and you play them with electronic beats, but this one is somehow outstanding! It really feels like a journey!

    We played the autoharp in grade school music class, so it was one of the first instruments I ever played (along with those xylophones in plastic cases). I remember it being a big deal if you were chosen to play along with a song at the Christmas concert. Most of the time two kids would play the one autoharp (one pushing the buttons and one strumming). Of course it sounded nothing like this... though we also didn't use our fingers to strum it, we actually used a rubber spatula. Really weird looking back, but it was much easier on little kid fingers.

      I think he means including the lyrics, not just the background music.
      Like adding different words and sentences together in order to create a rap song.
      That would be quite different from basically all hip-hop ;p

    it's really funny to see how so many people use the tuner to hit the strings when playing modern music with it/similar instruments. :D I play an instrument called "zither" which is a traditional instrument played in the alps that is related to this instrument and I remember creating sounds the same way like you did while playing modern pieces over 11 years ago.
