DIY Circle Cutter for Paper

How to make a circle cutter for paper, using utility knife blades and chopsticks. It's simple to do.

◆this is not a perfect tool, but I thought I'd share since I wanted to make a cutter using very simple materials and it worked for me
◆ its easier to measure and make the holes in the chopstick before gluing the blade. If you have a dremel-like tool and a very thin drill use it to make the holes. BE CAREFUL NOT TO HURT YOUR FINGER!!
◆ this is a simple method, but it is not comparable to industrialized cutters, you have to practice and see the best way to cut with every cutter you make, after you get used to it, it's simple and the result can reach perfect circles
◆ the cut depends a lot on the angle at which the blade is glued, so if it's catching the paper try re-gluing
◆ it isn't necessary to apply too much pressure on the blade, too much force can even make cutting more difficult
◆ I prefer to use worn-out blades to get more use out of the material, but a new blade can also be used, just glue it in the right direction. You can also use an exacto knife blade.
◆ small circles are harder to cut, but not impossible
◆ to avoid making a hole in the center of the paper you can put a dot of hot glue on the tip of the pin
