Where are the statistics that back this data?

12 years later and it’s still the same suggestions
Funny how even the trigger foods can’t get an endorsement along the lines of DON’T EVEN TRY THESE FOODS
(Note to speaker… if you do public speaking more than once a year, try to eliminate the lip smacking in between every sentence)

I have carcinoid syndrome and can no longer eat anything with sulphuraphane. I'm struggling with other vegetables as well. Has this been found in anyone else?

Hi, just wondering if your problems have got any better or are you still struggling?

@bally632 Two years on lanreotide injections keep my health stable, but I still can't eat green veggies. How about you?

@@janetebarbosa8951 same here, think I've had 29 injections of the same! Do you eat bread? If so what type?

    • @janetebarbosa8951

@bally632 I'm sorry to hear that but at least I now know someone else who can't eat green veggies. It's definately a thing. Yes I do eat bread, all types but I find white bread bloats me a lot. Are you struggling with bread or anything else?

    • @bally632

@@janetebarbosa8951 being diabetic as well I always stayed away from white bread, due to it having more sugar. For two years I eat low sugar, high in fibre brown bread and this turned out to be one of my main problems as I thought I couldn't eat greens, salad etc one day I decided to have a change and bought white instead! Overnight this changed my life 😀. Before I did this I used to go to the loo two -three time's in the morning before I could go out. Overnight this reduced to the normal one! I also a while ago stopped eating fruit! Fibre works against us, what with the diesese and the side effects of the injection,it pushes everything through too quick. I can now eat greens, salad etc,so if you do eat fibre foods my advice is to cut it out for a few days, and see if there's any change with the things you think aren't agreeing with you 😁

Difficult to eat plant based foods when you have diarrhea every day. I cannot tolerate fat and I have iron deficiency anemia. This hints aren't helpful. I exercise before I eat because any food will trigger diarrhea.

I have bad anemia too and have diarrhea at least once everyday even though I take 2 iron pills every day. I am taking Sandostatin LAR 30 mg every 28 days. It helps with the bad diarrhea.

I totally agree! I actually switched to a meat-based diet and I've been so much better! High fat meats can still be an issue sometimes, but removing fibre has literally changed my life

Nutrition & cancer talks, like this one do not offer much detail, and then these nutritionists say things like "try not to drink too much alcohol or too much added process sugar and meats".... Really? How about 2 things to never touch is SUGAR and ALCOHOL. Just Pathetic. This video could have been 4 minutes btw... Suggest you start at 9:00 or 10:00 minutes.

Who is this ding dong? She is old old school, even for an older video. Want to help your body both recover and heal? .... eat organically (foods that are free of toxic pesticides/fungicides/herbicides, and are non GMO/bioengineered), or if eating meat be sure that it is grass fed/grass FINISHED, eat anti-cancer foods, detox from heavy metals, stay away from 5G/wifi/EMF radition (electrosmog) which will impact VGCCs, cause aptosis, split single/double dna strands etc - see Physicians for Safe Technology ... other dieting tips: fast (single or multi-day)/OMAD (in a healthy manner). Organic foods (fruits and veggies) are far higher in both vitamins (avg 30% higher) and minerals (avg 300% higher) - see Rodale Institute.
