Expats picked Philippines over Thailand because of the easy visa and English, now they will make Philippines a less attractive option. What about those who are not married or not old enough for retirement visa. Bad move, SAD!
Regarding the CRBA; do they require DNA tests for all cases, even if the child is borne in wedlock? My understanding is that it is only required for unmarried parents.
Hi Mark my name is Monica from Cincinnati. I have been listening to you for years now. You seem to be a very well rounded person transparent and very informed very realistic kind and truthful very nice to listen to. I was just been in Dumgueute . But i will be back in March and wanted to talk to you for some good conversations. Just retired last year and will retire in Dumaguete soon.
As an alternative to cash/deposit in PH bank, I heard you can get a SRRV via investment in a Condo (but I think value has to be min $75K - don't quote me on that). At least a condo can be lived in, or rented and likely gain in equity.
@@everymanhasastory I believe that was via G&C Consulting in a video... may have been via Pea but it was a while ago so take that as a maybe. If you can verify that, surely make a good video (I do think the condo purchase needed to be paid in full which makes sense).
It would be funny if the call center was at IT Park. You could just go knock on the door the call center, and get everything straightened out face-to-face. :-) Lol.
I´m not surprised that the authorities are stepping up on tourist visas, "tourist" should mean tourist. It´s no secret to them that foreigners are entering the country with the intention of staying for longer periods. Some of these people who entered in the past years on tourist visa are now homeless or struggling to make ends meet, particularly if they can´t afford the tourist visa renewal fee, it´s understandably, the authorities would want to take action to address this kind of thing before it could escalate.
I think you should make a short on coin base, and maybe it will go Viral. I don't think they would like the attention, and maybe you might get your point across and get your money.

I shred all junk mail and recycle the cuttings.
Hi Mark, how long did it take to get your 13 A after your interview? Had mine about 3 weeks ago.
A couple of months
@@everymanhasastory Thank you Mark
Hi Mark, do you know when the visa changes go into effect? I’m flying in on Sunday morning and staying in Bacong.
No. It will be a slow roll out. At the moment they are quizzing guys who have been in the Philippines for years on a Tourist visa
You need an up to date ACR to use your debit card for your ID to do your shopping
No one has ever asked to see my ACR card

It used to happen on a weekly occurrence

I wish. Coinbase doesn't have a call center. Just stupid AI chat bots. Useless. Three hours to change a phone number!
Hey Mark, going to be there in Oct God willing, I want to share my story regarding Coming there and getting married, some funny stuff!
Sure. Look. Me up when you get here. markfthornton@yahoo.com

You have a valid point. Thank you for watching and for taking the time to share your thoughts 😊
Consider paying your mom for the use of the address
1-200 bucks
