Hello mam..My 1 cup = 250ml.
1) So for my 1 cup dark chocolate can I take 3 tsp milk or more than that?
2)Can u pls tell me the measurement in cups if we use fresh cream?
3)Can u also pls show white chocolate ganache using fresh cream and milk with cup measurements pls? It will be useful to know in cup measurements for those who dont have a weighing scale.
4)To do piping/dripping, should we use the ganache when its warm or allow it to cool down mam? If it has to cool down then for how long?

For fresh cream take 4 tsp
