I love Sammy and Reid hands touching despite the fact that they both hate being touched but because of the importance of this case and them bonding, they do it, its such a sweet, emotional, beautiful scene, with the ending when Sammy hugs his mother too, i wish this didnt end this way either for family and criminal.
I love how well this episode illustrated how innocent the autistic are, yet they aren't just stupid. They can be exceedingly skilled and smart at what they're passionate for. My husband is on the spectrum and is a wizard with computers, technology, anything with a chord. It's the public socialization and the ques where the right wires don't cross. Just because autistic individuals can't always communicate like us, that doesn't AT ALL mean they don't understand. Sammy was VERY smart and such a brave boy. ❤
This is such an amazing episode! ❤❤❤❤ 9:18 - Logan your Guilty 😂😂 My little sister is on a similar spectrum so this episode hits close to home. I love how it was handled. Reid in this episode is the best, the bonding with the child hmm… The build up for Emily back story from she was undercover is to nerve wrecking just getting glimpses here and there. Emily iconic line “come near my team and I will end you” 👏🏼😮 I remember when they showed little trailers about criminal minds that this phrase is epic to me. We ALL miss JJ so much!!!! ❤❤❤
I agree about missing JJ. Luckily, This show was great at bringing in new players we can enjoy even when we miss a character who has left. Like Gideon with Rossi and Elle with Emily

What a great episode. Reid shows why he will always be one of my favorite characters in any show. I have an autistic cousin and this episode always makes me think of her.. ❤️👍🏼
I am autistic, I have much lower support needs then Sammy and function pretty well in society although I have my own problems with keeping up the mask I have to wear to make people around me more comfortable. I relate more with Reid (I don’t think it’s mentioned but he is definitely autistic coded) then Sammy but I appreciate how gently they approach this topic, a lot of shows get it so wrong. I can only imagine how hard it will be for their family now they have to grieve and as Sammy is comforted by his routines they wont have time to do so in the normal way. Sammy is a wonderful and smart little boy and it shows how much he cares to try and comfort his mother despite hating being touched
One of the saddest episodes. Sammy did not understand why he was at the marina. Probably took a long time to grasp he'd never see Charlie again. At least, his mother did not go to prison. Leave it to Reid to crack the code. 😭💛
10:19 fun fact, while I don’t think they actually filmed it there, there IS a fairly prominent music store in Lafayette that supplies a bunch of stuff to high school bands all over Louisiana and occasionally sponsors competitions and stuff. Pretty sure every band student in the area has about million Lafayette music folders.
I vividly remember watching this episode at my best friend's house several months before I actually got into the show, and when I actually started binging it and got to this episode, I was like "wait I've seen this before!" and now it's one of my favorites
Love this Episode❤️ I just Adore Reid...Plus Sebastian Roche'(General Hospital)and more about Emily & her past with Ian...Oh and Lew Temple Ned in Unstoppable. Also today is Monday right? I get my days mixed up sometimes and I did not get my usual Monday Morning Saving Bones Notification 😢 But, hey I got my Monday Afternoon Criminal Minds Notification ❤
I love the Reid-centric episodes. Sweet Hotch/Jack moments. Emily is always a badass. I wish she could have brought the team in to help with Ian. Hello Sebastian Roche!
Not guilty, eh? Methinks the Logan doth protest too much 🙃 This episode hits harder for me now that I have an autistic nephew. Life can be so challenging for him and his family, but he's such a sweet, happy, passionate boy.

I like Criminal Minds but I don't follow reaction to it,I was also wondering what happened with Bones reaction, although I appreciate this channel and weekly amount of uploads

Joe Mantagna’s eldest daughter is autistic, so this script hit close to home for him, literally.
I'd respect him more if he didn't support the abhorrent charity, Autism Speaks
Well he knows some of the issues that happens
The actor who plays Sammy in this episode is fantastic.
This is such an amazing episode! ❤❤❤❤

You know I think they brought in the same characters but with different personalities and names because prentice and ellle look the same
A favorite, memorable episode (all eps with the Emily storyline are probably gonna be part of my most memorable ones).
What a great episode. Reid shows why he will always be one of my favorite characters in any show. I have an autistic cousin and this episode always makes me think of her.. ❤️👍🏼

Oh sweetheart, you have no idea. 😂
Man I love this show 😂😂 one of my favorite end scenes and quotes
I like how they keep mentioning Gideon with every episode after he left they even had a little Gideon mention with this episode
Love a good doctor who reference! It’ll win the poll eventually, it has to 😂

Don’t you mean the coda

Such a sad episode all around, I feel so bad for everyone involved 😢
He done pissed *all* of us off, Logan.
Watched this episode too many times and cried every single time ❤
Reid with kids is amazing
Reid is one of my fav autistic coded characters. Great episode!
This is one of my favourite episodes! Was waiting for you to watch it!
*mentions penelope* logan: NOW ITS PERSONAL
I vividly remember watching this episode at my best friend's house several months before I actually got into the show, and when I actually started binging it and got to this episode, I was like "wait I've seen this before!" and now it's one of my favorites
This was a great episode for prentiss
The guy who plays Rossi one of his children is autistic in real life that is why he knew stuff in this episode
First episode that made me cry, very emotional for me this episode.
I thought Reid was great in this episode

18:01 Kids can be AMAZING at times, and it takes an AMAZING person like REED bring it out. BRILLIANT ❤❤😂
When you say you don’t know why people yell at you in the comments …it’s exactly like working retail 😂 my life 😢
I love the Reid-centric episodes. Sweet Hotch/Jack moments. Emily is always a badass. I wish she could have brought the team in to help with Ian. Hello Sebastian Roche!
this ep still stands out to me cuz i’m autistic
Not guilty, eh? Methinks the Logan doth protest too much 🙃

7:18 what was that about her being likable?
Leave our boy alone, Blondie!!
While i like this episode what happened to today's Bones reaction? 😮😊😂 And yes it is amusing when you get frustrated 🤣
I like Criminal Minds but I don't follow reaction to it,I was also wondering what happened with Bones reaction, although I appreciate this channel and weekly amount of uploads
How can I get it
Get what?
I laughed a little at the Seaver being very likeable
I like her, but she is very hated on in the community but I agree I like her
I might be in the minority here but I actually like Ian Doyle xD
