  • Have you thought about starting to do sport, but didn't know where to start or was too lazy to start? THIS VIDEO IS FOR YOU!! In this video, ChroNoiR teaches you a 5 minutes training that you can do everyday easily with your oshis Kanae and Kuzuha! BECOME A MACHO LIKE KANAKANA IN THE THUMBNAIL!!!
    Jokes asides, this clip is something that I wanted to do since August last year! I started doing this training everyday since then (As I write this it's my 236th day!), and I'm very grateful that they've done something like this because I was too lazy to start doing sport but wanted to do just to keep my body in shape, and they gave me the final push to do so! By making this clip, I hope that you can also start doing it like I did back then! (It's been only 7 months but lmao)
    It might be hard at first and you might wanna stop, but KEEP GOING!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!

    TRAININGS EXPLANATIONS + PERSONAL TIPS:
    - Burpee jump:
    It also has effects on muscle strength, but its main job is to improve the whole body's instantaneous force and agility.
    It has a lot of merits, like improving stamina, do not take much place, doesn't need training equipment, or can be do at home.
    Personal tip: I don't have much to say about this one except try to not make floppy movements towards the end, even if you're tired!
    - Split Squat
    Squats that are made with both legs open towards the front and the back. It can exercise big muscles with equal effects.
    It makes walking and bum lifting easier and improve motor functions that helps in daily life
    The fact that you can do it while watching TV at home or your free time is a great merit.
    Personal tip: Be sure to make a 90° with your legs, and to keep your whole front foot flat on the floor! If you don't feel like your legs are burning and tearing apart and that you're gonna die in horrible conditions then you're probably doing it wrong 🙂
    - Hip bridge
    By moving your hips horizontally, it exercise the butt and your entire hips and improve your posture.
    It improve both muscles and posture, two birds in one stone!
    Personal tip: Be sure that your legs and torso are parallel to each others! Try to lift your hips the highest you can!
    - Side plank
    By putting weight on the flank, it exercise equally muscles around the stomach.
    By keeping this posture of being sideways on the elbow, it exercise core and leg muscles.
    ⚠ Even by keeping this posture, if you fail to make a straight line or bend your hips, the training will be less effective, so be careful!
    Personal tip: Read the warning!
    - Glute kickback
    It has principally a huge effect on the butt: it tighten saggy butts and make them bum lift. It improves basal metabolic and are highly advised to people who want to do a diet.
    Personal tip: Lift your leg with a 90° angle and when it's up in the air, try to put it the highest you can! Like the burpee jump, try to not make floppy movements towards the end!
