I don’t understand why you made a new stem. I typically use the original stem an a better front end since the guzzi front end is so poor. I prefer the Suzuki 600 gsxr front end that is right side up. Then I put better brakes and space the disks out on the original wheel. That gives great suspension and brakes on an old bike.
To work aluminum, you can use more revolutions even if it is a conventional lathe. I also follow you on instagram, I'm andercnc ^ _ ^ i love watching your videos

He made a new stem to adapt a Honda front end to the Guzzi, it's right there at the beginning.
It is still easier to use the Guzzi stem than to make one from round stock. Still the workmanship is outstanding
