New Subbie, Congratulations on your accomplishment. I'm 48 a single mom of three daughters and I'm going to be closing sometime in April I can't believe it. The home-building process can be very stressful if you're not prepared. So many people told me don't do it because the interest rates are too high. I listened to GOD and made this happen. Looking forward to your new home tour and everything home ownership has to offer.
