"She will always remember her teacher's final lesson" I see what you did there Weirdly enough, it fits both, so i just can't help for that one song being played again in my mind while reading that
What is worth thinking about is that Seaborns are aborigines of the ocean. They were originally not expansionary and aggressive. Some of Aegir awakened and slaughtered them, activated their BLOODLINE OF COMBAT.
Just want to say, you did a much much better job with this summary than you did with the other ones. If all your summaries were longer than 30 minutes and touched on more details, I could genuinely recommend these videos to my friends who skip story. the only detail you left out was the Will of We Many offered to let Amaia consume its flesh instead to allow HER to recover from the damage she received, this moment of undying selflessness in the seaborn is why she's a cultist in the first place, and offers herself to the Will of We Many instead, for she is willing to die and be consumed for the beauty of the seaborn.
"Now Gran Faro is just a gloomy town like someone who failed to get a 6-star." I feel called out lmao. Anyway, nice summary of this event since I'm like many others who don't have enough time and commitment to read the in-game story.
Tbh, not sure if Carmen hid that info from Thiago out of sense of duty as an inquisitor or compassion. Afterall, it's better to die knowing the person u love is a good person than finding out the truth she is indeed a cultist that she was accused of. Small mercy in a way perhaps?
Considering he told Elysium I would lean on compassion. Might not have wanted to lie to a dying man either so he chose to just keep silent in that regard.
I'd feel worse if he had been told his wife was the leader of the cultists. You could say he was spared the painful parts before dying, even if it meant lying. Sometimes it's better to not learn the whole truth and still retain some hope in you than otherwise.
I really really really wish someone will make the abyssal hunter’s story into a AAA game. You play as probably an operator. Perhaps an unrevealed abyssal hunter or whatnot but it would be cool if you were and you just develop more powers as you venture deeper towards the sea. Or as one of the known hunters. The abyssal hunter story is my favourite out of all AK stories and so are the operators. (Except for Schwarz :p) and it has sooo much potential especially with this storyline with the SN event. They definitely felt a bit out of place, -even if I wanted to aggressively breed each of them- Their art felt a bit too “bright” in comparison to their backgrounds and other character designs.
Well I know this comment is a little bit old but that's the point they are meant to look out of place if they are fragments of a frumutt especially a sea one since the ocean does have mutagenic property's and since they are somewhat related to the seaborn them being out of place works

Best moments for me were specter's new/old personality, dario's sacrifice and final battle with seaborn on ship.
"She will always remember her teacher's final lesson"
I see what you did there
Weirdly enough, it fits both, so i just can't help for that one song being played again in my mind while reading that
Irene: Where's your VISA hombre!?
Alright that killed me ngl.
"...and since Alfonso and Specter are literally on the same boat..."
Got me laughing more that it should have.
32:47 "Never let you go" moment
Giving Red and Cuora front row seats to teh Jojo reference... nice
4:35 damn, shots were fired here 😔
"Now Gran Faro is just a gloomy town like someone who failed to get a 6-star."
I feel called out lmao. Anyway, nice summary of this event since I'm like many others who don't have enough time and commitment to read the in-game story.
Is frosybyte262 a good summary storyteller?
short answer: yes
long answer: this entire video
owo
I feel bad for thiago. Until the end, carmen keeps the info about thiago's wife being the leader of the cultist.
Tbh, not sure if Carmen hid that info from Thiago out of sense of duty as an inquisitor or compassion. Afterall, it's better to die knowing the person u love is a good person than finding out the truth she is indeed a cultist that she was accused of. Small mercy in a way perhaps?
@@rayandsunshine4401 Could be a bit of both.
Considering he told Elysium I would lean on compassion. Might not have wanted to lie to a dying man either so he chose to just keep silent in that regard.
Even if Carmen had told Thiago the truth I don't Thiago would have believed him.
I'd feel worse if he had been told his wife was the leader of the cultists. You could say he was spared the painful parts before dying, even if it meant lying. Sometimes it's better to not learn the whole truth and still retain some hope in you than otherwise.
Yep this video is very useful because the last story stage is so hard I can't win. So thank you for showing the end of this event.
Nice, just finished watching seafood cooking.
Ik it’s probably a pipe dream but if it ever happens please hypergryph make it happen ;-; I’m really surprised by how much I enjoy this eldritch terror story telling
You should play Bloodborne, it's close enough.
Sadly it's only on PS4 though.
Literally Bloodborn. They even adapted the Hunters design from Bloodborn clothes/armor.
@@MonoReaper yo that’s dope! It’s just I’m alr attached to these characters tho ;-;
@@Astonthepunk Definitly should check out Bloodborn if you havent played or seen anything of it. Heck go to Twitch/TH-cam and watch like the beginning.
See if you like it/its your vibe or not.
The atmosphere & narrative are godly.
@@MonoReaper here’s the thing I am aware of bloodborne and it never really piqued my interest and cuz of you guys I just went to watch a review by IGN and the graphics and all aren’t really my cup of tea? Not and never really been into the console genre on top of the dark souls kinda style. Plus the graphics are a little outdated but I can definitely see that inspiration was drawn and idk the lowered prices is tempting me.
The True MvP of This Storie:
- High Inquisitor Dario
- Capt'n Alfonso
- Chief Mate Garcia
May They Rest in Peaces!! O7 *Salutes*
Not gonna lie, was kinda funny having a NPC with the same name as me
Don't become a mayor for a city near the ocean
"skadi-desu" is definitely my favorite part of this video
Best boy Jordi saves the day for Irene and the Hunters at the end😅
Been Waitin for this!
Arigatou Doc Frostbyte.
Amazing video bro, i love it because you even put another artist's related art in
Keep it up!
Thank you for your efforts reading and then retelling us skipchads this.
Don’t let this distract you from the fact that orcas can eat shark’s livers for no reason at all
They actually eat them because they need the nutrients from the livers!
>orcas can eat shark
>Orca eats Shark
-Skadi is definitely a power-bottom though-
>ovesimplified
>30 minutes video
Choose one lmao.
but anw thanks for the recap, now i know what happens
The soundtrack from The Witcher 3 in the background, so nice
Oversimplified - Nice! ... (looks at the 34 min running time) ... Love you Arknights!
14:53 where's your visa hombre
I just get reminded of Alejandro Vargas
The hunt and the night…
Goes on.
First event since I started playing, very cool thanks for the video
That “ora ora, muda muda” at the end was a nice touch 😂
Very interesting story in this event! I not read any freakin word of it, so thanks for short halve hour version. Really. at this point their events have so much text that their should just release it book version. since chapter 8 cant give a damn about story ugh
Garcia was best human Rest In Peace
14:28 I was enjoying the serious mood of the story then the quote came out of nowhere and made me laugh
I got Irene, I wanted Skadi though...
Regarding the event, seeing them toss the monster around the sinking ship was really cool.
"She will always remember her teacher's Final Lesson". Very funny
Is that "Final Lesson" really necessary? Those wounds are still fresh to me.
Rip Garcia and Dario
i fully read all story and it was splendidly done.
32:47 oh god the honkai flashbacks it hurts the pain the feels!!
Final Lesson
Dario: Live, Irene
I can't wait to get AUS squad fr. I'm so excited
Lazy tuna suffers again, not even here is safe.
By the way… since there are more then one leviathan… what will be the worst to encounter and even don’t feel the last knight and the other abyss hunter will have a chance against so many and kinda the one who controls all..
Honestly LOVE the stories in arknights, i just hate how you have to spend 10 minutes of reading before and after most stages... if it wasnt for that id have read the entirety of arknights story!
regardless, still love this events story, dario is a lad rip
Wasted opportunity to use a flintlock at the end.
Today is friday in Iberia
I swear, Alive until Sunset needs some reworking with their character images.
They feel so out of place and kept breaking my immersion with the story in the early parts of the event.
They definitely felt a bit out of place, -even if I wanted to aggressively breed each of them- Their art felt a bit too “bright” in comparison to their backgrounds and other character designs.
@@mojavefry2617 Ikr!
PS: I admire your honesty my good Doctor
seriously. It was so jarring at the start
Well I know this comment is a little bit old but that's the point they are meant to look out of place if they are fragments of a frumutt especially a sea one since the ocean does have mutagenic property's and since they are somewhat related to the seaborn them being out of place works
I really like the summarize, very good ~
Arknights have a very good story. But somehow I'm so tried to read it all. Anyway thanks for this video. :)
Good to see this
Thanks for a good crackdown of the story
Sometimes the writing and message are too difficult to understand that its starting not to make any sense at some point for me
Gigachad dario, you will be missed 😭😭😭😭😭😭
my favourite from this video 34:46
Well its very nice summary and its really interesting also , this story also will continue some part are on current IS3, im know i late to watch these video bcoz buzy life now hunt other event story for more lore on Arknight
Dario wouldn't have died if only they wait for reinforcement first for God's sake
this event have a great plot storyline and i would enjoy it so much if the seaborn cant dodge my attack just as i cant dodge their atk too :')
THE GOLDEN AGE WILL RETURN AGAIN!!!
(I got Specter Alter)
The abridged story is only 35 minutes long. This game has so much dialog between missions.
After episode 1 I had to skip a few, due to my lunch only being 1/2 hour, and the mission might only be 10 minutes, but with 20 minutes of dialog. Once i lost the plot, I have not regained it in the last year and a half. Goodbye, understanding of the story, you will be missed.
30:15 Biblical Jellyfish LOL
Tysm for this vid!!
The biblical jellyfish lol
Oversimplified
30min long
Yeah, this was a long event narrative.
I manage to get Irene first and right before the event ended i thought to myself I won't be able to get spectral even in this 10 pulled but then a miracle happened and I get her
What about all the doctah out there?
Do you get them?
guess i am lucky get both of them with free 10 pull ticket (the one that give away at the event start) :D
got irene. Got 2 of the limited rose character one, got W
78 pulls got blaze instead
@@nuckelaveee4650 ouch i feel you mate and now i have a flashback try geting surtr and it take me 140 pull .....i want to cry D:
76 pulls, got Laurentina but nobody else on rate-up. Got a few random five stars I already had. Think I got Pot5 Windflit.
At least Irene is a permanent addition to the pool. Maybe she’ll spook me one day like Surtr did recently.
