Yay! Thanks for the updates! I know I'm not the only viewer who kept checking and wondering how you were doing. Glad to see you're doing well :) And I definitely walked by those Himalayan Pink Salt lentil chips the other day without buying them but now I've been influenced to do so lmao
Have you loooked up what to eat based on your cycle? It’s really interested me recently and goes hand in hand with what you were referring to at the beginning!
About the "An apple a day..." portion, i usually think in a broader way. They actually mean, a piece of fruit a day. Greens, veggies. So yeah. Happy you exchanged the apple for the pear. Love your content and style of fashion.
I always do that googled everything to fix any health issues. I knew that about pears also papaya is really good too but I like it when I juice lime juice on it
I’ve seen doctors google my symptoms right in front of me so why can’t we do it ourselves? People always say, don’t go to google for health but I’ve fixed so many things just from a simple google. I’m gonna try the pear out for my skin 😬
The pro heal serum you are using doesn’t have retinol. It’s a vitamin c serum (in my experience vitamin c serums give the best results) I use it during the day and a retinol product at night. They are a powerhouse duo for maintaining youthful skin. 🙌🏾 Note: the closest thing I found on the market compared to IS Clinical Pro Heal and Skinceuticals Vitamin C serum is Maelove’s Glow Maker serum. I went from super bougie products to that and omg if I didn’t know the price tag I would have thought it was $200+ a bottle buts it’s only $29.
Here are the list of ingredients from dermstore: Water/Aqua/Eau, Ascorbic Acid, Laureth-4, Alcohol Denat., Pentylene Glycol, Propylene Glycol, Triethanolamine, Tocopherol, Glycerin, Bioflavonoids, Retinol, Olea Europaea (Olive) Leaf Extract, Zinc Sulfate, Polyporus Umbellatus (Mushroom) Extract, Arbutin, Polysorbate 20, Phenoxyethanol It probably only has a small amount of retinol since it’s lower on the list, which is great for me since I have sensitive skin. And yep! Totally agree. Vitamin c is great and this combination works wonders for me !! 🤍🤍
@@Gemaryermus Oh wow they updated their formula. Definitely didn’t have this when I used it years ago. You’d probably like Altreno too. It’s a unique prescription tretinoin with HA and collagen. It’s my first time using a prescription retinoid and I wished I would have gone this route sooner. It’s perfect for sensitive skin and it doesn’t have the annoying flaking issue like other retinoids.
They’re a little on the heavy side so it takes some getting used to but I personally find them comfortable. Not THE MOST comfy shoes but comfortable enough. 🤍🤍 they are true to size on me.
I wasn’t pregnant when that was filmed or At least I didn’t know I was at the time. Don’t worry, I completely switched my skincare routine as soon as I found out. 🤍🤍
The only reason you think things are unhealthy or healthy is diet culture FYI, think about it, you’re moralising food, those donuts are just as good for you as a salad 😊
Um, no, they’re not. It’s not wrong to have a doughnut but they should be a treat, not something you eat everyday. They’re fried dough with a ton of sugar. They spike your blood sugar creating inflammation, it’s also bad for the gut, sugar breaks down collagen in your skin, damages your brain, etc. it’s not even about being skinny it’s about being healthy inside.
Totally depends on your skin and what it can tolerate. I have very sensitive skin so I stick to once a week but you can definitely use it as often as you want, especially if you’re diluting it with your moisturizer. 🤍
Your videos are like experiencing a lovely spa treatment. 😊 You have TRULY been missed! 🙏🏼

When I was vegan, I made that same chickpea salad with some dulse flakes for the ocean taste. Good times.
When you recommended the beet juice, I’ve been drinking it since and my menstrual cramps have improved significantly! And yes pears are the truth.
