- In this video, I have explained how to apply for a replacement copy of immigration document like work permit or study permit if it lost or stolen. Watch it full to understand the whole process.

Thank you for your video, and some information that might be useful too. I was checking why there is two addresses and I believe that the reason is because not all mail companies can deliver to P.O. box addresses. "So just remember - you are able to ship to a P.O. box when using Canada Post or a federal postal service. If you need to send a shipment through a private courier such as UPS or FedEx, make sure to ask your receiver to provide another address as couriers do not ship to P.O. boxes." So, if you are sending your documents through Canada Post, you can use the P.O. box address.
I have a basic doubt (apologies if it sounds silly) I’m new to Canadian postal system. On my VOS form I have filled p.o.box along with rest of the fields in the address section , what I understand from above is this “p.o.box” is a different case and to be used if we’re going through a private courier service or holds a box at local canada post office.
Will this be considered a mistake and IRCC won’t process our application!?
@@veenakothakonda5626 There is two addresses where you can send your envelope. You can use the P.O. Box address (the first one) if you use Canada Post because they have access to the P.O. Box system. If you use another company to send your papers then you should use the second address.

I'm doing this process right now and I have a doubt, on the website in the instruction guide there is a point that talks about "certified true copies", so should we get the photocopies of the passport certified by a notary? Or is it just a regular photocopy? Have you done this process and sent just the regular copies and have you had any problems at all?

The school had received the PGWP document and forwarded it to my current address! As I called IRCC last week i confirmed that they hadn’t received anything back! There was no tracking number therefore there was no other way to track the document was sent on mail ! So I applied for a replacement of PGWP and paid the fee last Saturday after waiting for a month! So is there anyone from the group in this same situation ? And I still have my approval letter including $30 replacement fee receipt! As I went to the border station today and asked them if there are any possibilities to get the replacement there instead one of the agents told me not to travel out of Canada till i get the replacement! He basically said I can’t travel out of Canada ! But looks like border agents have different replies ! When I was on my implied status before PGWP issued in i was allowed a reentry ! Plus when I left Canada to States around September i was readmitted after showing the letter that they approved the PGWP status ! Any advice at this point? I hope to travel down to the States on 23rd on US thanksgiving without worrying about being delayed at the border crossing ? I am a Korean citizen by the way so I am the part of visa exempt country to Canada & USA

UCI number will remain same and document number change and the old document number will be invalid after that

@@rashidalkendi-jeunesseglob5450 Hello Rashid, IRCC have launched online service to apply for Canadian Citizenship. Not everyone can apply but go through eligibility questions and it will show if you can apply online or not. I was able to apply online and they didn’t asked for mu COPR.

For passport you have to apply at Indian embassy and for work permit you can apply lost document after getting passport. For better advice please consult with legal assistant.

Agr apne paper application submit ki thi to apko koi e mail aayi thi jb unho nu process start kiya tha apki application ka or paper based application ka status kese check kr skte hai
