Hi Carlos. I think you can get into a good university like Concordia with this experience and if you have a bachelor's degree in related field. Then you can plan your way in the masters program by taking introductory courses in the first term and then gradually taking the advanced courses. If you somehow cannot make into a university because of less experience or unrelated academic background then yes, you can go for a technical diploma. But I would personally suggest you to go for a masters program. Just register with Quebec govt, they will assign a school, attend classes from Monday-Friday (8am-4pm), get loads of homework. Then you will be paid around CAD 720 per month.
No. I gave you honest review. I attended those classes for 8 months. People only look at $720 and ignores everything else that I mentioned. I just wanted to let you know that it's not the "free money" as most people think!
Try to find an internship first. Then it will be easier for you get a full-time job. There are a lot of websites but LinkedIn and Indeed are most reliable resources for finding the job.

If the course is in English then you don't need french. Also, for aerospace there's already a video on the channel. You can refer to that.
