I tried Shade of Eranikus last night, we couldn't kill him because the deep slumber target was me (the tank) every single time. I was shocked to learn in this video it's random, because it sure as hell wasn't last night.
Same happened to me as the tank. According to the guide on Wowhead, the 2nd person on the threat table gets slept so if you have a trigger-happy DPS who pulls threat, you get the deep slumber.
@@damaestro5667 I read class quests are available once BWL opens which is Feb 12th I think? I'm not 100% sure on other classes, but as a warlock the rewards should all have been replaced by your pre raid BIS slots at 60 so they aren't very useful. It's all on classic.wowhead so check there to see if it's worth running.
I really wish they didn't get rid of the bottom part of sunken temple. Really nostalgic of being lost with 4 other people in this dungoen, really felt like a dungeon rather than an instanced area designed for speed runs. Your channel is going to start to boom when Classic is released. Genuinely entertaining and very in depth to a lot of things most other "guide" videos would exclude.

It's the person with the most threat who gets deep slumbered. Not a random player. I really think this boss either requires an off-tank or off-healer, as he will kill cloth dps in 2 hits, and the healer will burn through their mana trying to keep the DPS alive. Having a druid or a 2nd warrior (if the tank is a warrior) will make this fight easily achievable. Otherwise, good luck to the healer not going oom keeping the DPS alive! Also, if the DPS is low level, it may make this boss almost impossible as he will cast deep slumber on the highest threat target (usually the tank) several times. This boss needs to go down as fast as possible. He is no joke. Good luck!
Yeah and some other ones too, except from that chain he talked about there's 4 more like that one. WoWhead usually is a better way to find out about all existing quests for a dungeon.

Hey, you missed "Haze of Evil" quest - starts in at Marshals Refuge in Un'goro by gathering blood petals from the lashers. No mage quest @ 50 fyi. Great guide!
Mage quest is in the later phases, i dont know how i spaced out on haze of evil, derp on my part - i think i might have accidentally explained it only with horde stuff
This is a "dungeon guide" in the same way you might find a "repair guide" for a combustion engine where all the parts are already disassembled and sitting on a bench. If you watch this video then enter the dungeon with no prior knowledge you will be immediately lost.
HC guide - 2 TANKS 53 minimum level, I recommend a mage for the mc boss When facing the basement boss in the water that spawns after all of the snakes are clicked in the order S-N-SW-SE-NW-NE you can wait for him to pat very close to the steps on the left side and pull him and he will not pull the 3 ads with him. ( personally i like to clear the 2 side packs on either side of the stairs beforehand ) pull him up the steps and face him against the wall and you should have no problem. all of the groups of 4 legged lizards and dragonlings need to die so kill the ones that sleep first and tank the big bois. kill the profit first ( the one that MC's, the higherlevel one ) if u get the debuff that shows you will get minecontrolled just run to the side and get kited by the off tank. there are 4 green dragons in total ( all need to die before lass boss ) they should be tanked facing a wall so that the knock up doesnt send the tank flying. when you pull the last 2 before the boss have the off tank, tank the smaller one and kill that one first. gl b safe
A real guide on how to do ST: you don't. For real you dont need to. Takes half a day to clear. There are no bis items here (almost all of the "bis" here are sup-bar and can be replaced by lots of other things). And brd is just 4 lvls away. You can do it. You can get that 4 lvls i belive in you. Get that and go brd
Theres a few awesome items in SK, it's not bad once you know what you're doing. The quickest I've gone through the place is 40 minutes, but that was with an awesome group.
Before Jammal'an (The troll boss) when kill the trash ghosts will spawn and slowly move towards you, you need to move away from the ghosts or they will kill you

Agree, its much easier with 2 tanks. E.g. A druid who swtiches to bear, or a ret, that taunts and tanks for 10 seconds with shield on etc.
