What is being proposed is not

The traders who sell spare parts buy land and build their own markets and carry on their business. It is not usually the government that build and put all the facilities for them. There is no place in the advanced world where cattle rearers move their animals by foot to their destination of sale. Move around the country however you wish but done move animals by foot. Some people need to wake up and live in the modern era in which the world is living.
