Metal Fight was my intro. Got off Work one night, went to the store with my Roommate, picked up a case of beer and one of everything we could find, and spent the whole night battling. After that we would regularly check just about every single store in Boise looking for new releases.

Honestly for the first time in BEYBLADE HISTORY. I think Hasbro is doing a better job than Takara Tomy in the entire generation.
fun fact: hasbro only import them. they dont make the beys. thats the reason why hasbro logo is on the bottom and takara on the top

Takara Tomy Molds and Manufacturers them, but Hasbro provides the Materials.
I think TT may have been getting greedier ever since the later seasons of Burst.

Metal Fight was my first Beyblade system. I am so into X it’s insane.

Burst was what i started out as, but i did know a few of the past beys
I’m 27 and I remember fondly playing plastic Gen in kindergarten and first grade. Kids would bring a stadium and we’d all bring our beyblades and play during recess. Good times. That pogo one blew my mind the first time I saw it back then 😂 I’m very excited for Dragoon. It’s always been my favorite, but I’m not a huge fan of the squareness of it.

I started with Metal Fight, since I was in elementary school when it dropped. A few years later, however, I learned to appreciate the Bakuten Shoot generation. It has been my favorite ever since, although I never owned a plastic gen bey.

Dragoon S was my first ever beyblade when I was a kid. Pretty cool to see they even brought back the style and color of the launcher and ripcord

I found your channel today by chance after something reminded me of Beyblade. I remember being excited for weeks waiting for the original series to air on TV. First Bey was Dragoon S, and I spliced 2 long ripcords together like Tyson did in the show. But stopped before Metal started. I can't believe Beyblade is 25 years old today! Maybe it's a sign I should get back into it?! 😅

My first Beyblade was the classic Dranzer S. I also had the remote control Dranzer V (quite the disappointment imo).

I still prefer them to any other gen and I loved having a separate bit beast that you clicked in.
That felt like you were inserting it's power and you could even buy clear plastic covers that clipped over your bit beast to protect them!

I started in Burst with Beyblade Turbo. Then I got hooked, watched all the seasons, and got myself some burst beys.
I'm 20 so my first gen was MFB.
I am still excited for these releases(esp Valkyrie) 2025 release is kinda annoying but I collect figures so being excited for something that isn't coming out until next year is normal for me lmao(Shout out to a figure I pre-ordered recently that won't release until august 2025) and you know I collect figures when I looked at that 11k yen price and thought "wow that is insanely affordable" since everything I pay for in yen these days is 20k minimum
I got started with the Metal Fight tops, right after Bakugan fell off in the US. My first Beyblade was Flame Sagittario, followed by Storm Pegasus and L Drago.
I started as a kid in the original generations. I remember my favorites at the time were Dragoon, Dranzer-s, and Driger. I like Ds apparently what can I say
Started with plastic gen. I had a Trygle and my sister had either dranzer or wyborg. I can't remember which one. Personally I'm so-so on the remakes since I am more excited for the X reincarnations of old-school beyblades like Weiss Tiger or Aero Pegasus. I still want to get Cobalt Dragoon, though, so I might grab that dragoon launcher off the secondary market or grab a dragon winder from that store you mentioned.
this dragoon is more reminiscent of dragoon grip attacker because of the exposed weight disk
But hey, at the end of the day this might mean that the L-Drago remake will be a standalone BX-00 release. I don't think every remake will be a big bundle like this, considering that it is called an anniversary bundle

I grew up watching metal but I only started collecting when burst came out
It's a TTMall exclusive at a marked up price because they know hardcore fans of Bakuten Shoot, Metal Fight, and/or Burst will buy it. I'm used to this stuff from Bandai with their PBandai exclusives.
Plastic Gen was my starting gen, had a Dranzer GT that i treasured so much as a kid. Genuinely so sad I've only found its engine gear, winder and metal weight piece even though I found my old Metal Fight beys recently

I remember my first bey from my grandma was Dragoon F as a kid and I would bring it with me wherever I go. But my most special was Dragoon G so when they get to the G rev remakes I hope they do that design or maybe GT.
I think the answer to why Takara Tomy is releasing the Beyblade 25th Anniversary Set in March is something that I think many people have not mentioned: The official release date of the set is Beyblade Day 2025, as in 3.21. I wonder if they required time in order to make rubber work properly on the Xtreme Stadium itself...
Tbh, I think the reason they didnt want to release it soon is because they have new rubber parts and I think they had other plans in production planned to have as their "first rubber part" to build up hype so that the people looking for meta parts will buy the first bey with rubber vs all the collectors just looking to collect.... If that makes sense. They want the first rubber part to be extra special. Idk, complete speculation.

My first gen was actually burst, but the first beys I actually owned were indeed metal fight, I also went back and watched the metal fight anime when I found it 😼
Started With S1 of burst took a long break during s3, and started playing again a month or so ago. I do have some of my older brother's metal fight beys though which I enjoy.

Metal fight was my intro to the series. I still think it’s by far the best series to this day. I hope they revive it or do another round of anniversary Beyblade’s but make them pretty much copies of the original metal series instead of updating them to the new system because that storm Pegasus in the anniversary pack just looks weird.

My first ever Beyblade was good old dranzer s, when og series was still airing on my local television (2003-ish i think?) i easily hooked up and asked my mom to buy it for me. Back then i was confused dranzer and seaborg i almost ended up buy that one (i was a kid don't blame me lol)

My problem with rubber attack bits returning is that we may be going back to the end-of-burst meta, where your bey had to be either a pure attacker or pure staller to be competitive.
I just want balance types to stay alive.
Balance types as a concept doesn’t really exist to be honest. When you boil it down, they’re either attack types with more stamina. Or stamina types with a bit more attack. Bursts issue was beys being round and SUPER heavy.
I've been testing with Phoenix Wing on Point recently, seems to meet the criteria of balance well enough. Orb works too, but the limited parts list kinda makes Point more favorable to me.

They are gonna do the same as the burst remakes
The random booster will have the exact same valk pegasus and dragoon as the set
But
They're gonna have stickers
And the selling point of the set
Will be the ramakes with printed on decals rather than stickers, launchers and the special dran

I was introduced to beyblade during metal fight but never got one because they were expensive so I used trypio a plastic gen bey bought it from my for 5 bucks and used it in metal fight and burst but when burst gt came out I decided to get back into and buy new beys growing up with beyblades has been a crazy ride

First beyblade i ever held and laumched was wolborg 2. Owned, was bumpking. Then my main was wolborg 1 for a bit, stock combo.
