I mean idk how the admins would handle it, people say crane would shut it down but from my understanding he's not an actual admin he just can push laws in the city rp wise. Realistically they should be able to hold up carmine and fore him to open the gates, they would just have like a perpetual warrant and deadly force authorized instantly when the cops pull them over.

2.0 was better. You could escape custody at multiple points. Shootouts were more balanced. Prison breaks. Transport escapes. PD HQ cell escapes. Bail hearing court escapes. Trial court was more intense.
