Yo cops have to bring the server to fight 6 people, and15+ cops was shot down by 6 people. If cops has the same 6 rules as crims cops be wipe all the time lol.
Not just that, they also have better armor than crims can get and when they get shot and downed, they don't really lose anything compared to crims
They need to outnumber in most circumstances just because pushing and chasing is so much harder than holding down and fleeing. I’ve played a lot of cop and crim on other servers. But I will say, most of the time they go way too hard against CG.
I like how Ruby never dies during these. It's like she sits back and does nothing until after everyones down. Then she chimes in to give orders lol. Yikes.

The livestream they are referring to is Ursula who livestream every counsel meeting. It is an ingame live stream that is meant to be seen. So it is not metagaming.
