Sir procedure established by law is inbuilt in our constitution but its not incase of due process of law, then how can supreme court can give a judgement based on due process of law? Even today our judges take into the account of due process of law in giving judgement or not???..

After 1970s SC turns to adopt due process of law as well in analysis of cases... Now, SC is insisting to consider due process of law in place of procedure established by law.. And further, art 21 is part of basic structure of constitution, it cannot be altered...
