- Fullsceilidh Spelemannslag play the Shetland Folk Festival Club. It was great fun to get the band together for the 41st festival. This is a bit of a compilation from various folks phone footage, an informal set at the late night festival club. What a spree!!
An inspiring line-up of visiting musicians, incredible stage performances and great sessions throughout the weekend, some serious partying stamina evident. The Shetland Folk Festival Club was buzzing day and night, so much music and great craic!🎻 Well done the committee and all the volunteers that make this amazing festival happen every year.🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 Shetland Folk Festival - เพลง

Our conversation Brings me to an Idea...so far you have an "influence"on SFF 2024'' Program...Why Not inviting musicians of Ukraine..... they need Support so much right now and later.I organized 2 concerts (" Sophia"...Chamber Chor from Kiev....and "Freedom Consort" A Cappella from Ukraine too...and right now i am organizing 2 concerts for These fantastic musicians in december....i am Not a Profi...i am Just motivated to do so....i am Sure , you'll find music in Ukraine,Which Could be presented on a folk Festival.....(you find music of Sophia and Freedom Consort on "You Tube"
I hope there is some live music to listen too in late August, early september 2023 when I'm there. Love it.
This looks like a lot of fun. What a great crowd and group of musicians.
The Shetland Folk Festival is a great event. This is in the late night festival club. There’s loads of jam sessions happening in various rooms and this type of gig for folk up for a bit of dancing. Downstairs at this same time Dirk Powell was playing Cajun music with the Foghorn Stringband and the dance floor was filled there as well.
