Mr. Du'An, your effort to help out people in the Networking community is greatly appreciated! You just showed me one more tool towards success. Gracias!
This is a game changer. I tried Onenote a while back but didn't really understand how to use it properly. You did a great job showing how it can be used effectively for studying. I just spent some time tonight taking all the provided pdf slides from Neil Andersons Udemy course and adding them to Onenote. Super easy, drag and dropped them in. Now when I'm listening to him talk about the section I'm on, I can make my own notes overtop his slides and highlight what I need to remember. Side bonus, I can sync what I'm doing on my pc with the Onenote app and study on the go. I feel like my notes are turbo charged now. Thanks Du'An.
going into a ROUTE bootcamp on monday, and you may have just saved my life!! I have been using CherryTree but definitely going to be using OneNote instead
Du'An, you did a great job with illuminating how to leverage some of the features of OneNote to enhance note-taking. I will definitely be incorporating this into my studies - working on ICND2 now (taking exam next week). Thanks for taking the time to share!
I think I'm good to go. You've already helped me out immensely. I got a Safari Books Online account based on one of your TH-cam video suggestions (free since I'm military) and have been using the Kevin Wallace 200-105 series as a study aid. Also using the Chris Bryant videos along with Wendell Odom's ICND2 book. I'm labbing with Boson, Packet Tracer, & my own hardware . Thanks for all that you do for the Networking community!
Thank you Bro! I appreciate you taking time to drop a nugget like this I have this program on my laptop but never used it now with me studying for my ccna I have a reason.
How did you input the information into OneNote to begin with? What was the source of the information? Thanks for all that you do. Great Job all the way round, true inspiration...
CompTIA Trifecta. Frankly, I'm intelligent and have a network background, but I have a massive ADHD symptoms and it makes studying difficult. I feel overwhelmed by the material even though I know I can do it.
does this give similiar experience using on android app? it would be great if this could work similarly on mobile as most of my study is done on mobile only bcoz im always on the go for work. will try it for mobile if Available
what up man, had a question was hoping you could help me out with. I know you said you went to centriq training for your CCNA in another video (forgive me if i have that wrong) i was wondering. Did you go for the full 4 mo career path experience or did you just go to the classes that they have? I ask because i am thinking of using this discount they have for their annual pass and take up the CCNA certification classes that they offer. Any information you have would be great! Thanks.
Hey Du'An, I'm finally breaking my A+ and making great progress learning it. I have one question-I'm writing notes and its very long, is it recommended to use my laptop using One Note, and will typing also help me retain learning?
Hi Du'An, can you advise what recording software you use to post what is on the screen and yourself at the same time? Thanks for your vids, I never used one note but after your vid I think it'll help really keep my studies organized and interactive with my books and labs.
RECOMMENDATION: If you are new to OneNote, I recommend you use the version you can find in the Windows App Store. NOT the version found in Office Professional 2016. The reason is that Microsoft is not going to support that 2016 Pro version with new features. All future development is going to be focused on the version for Windows 10 in the App Store. Here is story about this: www.theverge.com/2018/4/18/17252312/microsoft-office-2019-onenote-windows-10-app - so if you are going to learn how to use OneNote, you may as well learn in the newer version found in the Windows App store. PS - if you are a Mac user, the only version available to you now is the newer version anyway.
Here's a link on how to break down your certification books. #LabEveryday

Man, thanks for the video. I have been having a dilemma on such a subject, how to prepare for a certification. I can't wait to hear!
You’re welcome. Thanks for checking it out. Which certification are you working on? And can you be a little more specific?
CompTIA Trifecta. Frankly, I'm intelligent and have a network background, but I have a massive ADHD symptoms and it makes studying difficult. I feel overwhelmed by the material even though I know I can do it.

Thank you. I believe we should make our own notes. But if there’s a topic you struggle with I may can provide info and guidance.
Can you put out a in depth walk through
does this give similiar experience using on android app?

Great video thank you :)
your mic is really quiet
I’ll check my levels. Thanks for the feedback.
Using OneNote is almost like writing a book.
Cuzzo it’s gets deeper than that.
Du'An Lightfoot right cuzzo. It's good to use to create a documentation for work
Facts. That’s how I first started using it.
Right, same here.
Hand written is miles better.
