Just thought I'd share my experience here. I enjoyed the watch when I first got it, but it could never keep time; I'd need to re-boot it every few hours to re-sync it with my phone and update to the correct time. Now, less than 60 days into ownership, the display cratered. Only about 2% of the screen lights up, making it completely useless. I guess you get what you pay for. 😡 I'll update if I get any help for the manufacturer.

In my sample the heart beats sound accurate (I know how to read the pulse). The BP shows about right vs a wrist baumannometer; both err on the high side a bit. Then none are as precise as a sleeve physical one and a stetho.
Something silly but if youve got this and it wont chaarge check its had the clear plastic peeled off the rear ..its almost invisible ..hopefully youve all got better eyes than me 🤭
The watch is not water proof at all. It doesn’t play music at all. It seems too but once you buy it you find out the says (when you go to the music screen) that it doesn’t support the function as it’s a beta. I want my money back but impossible to contact anyone

It's supposed to be a watch, right? It loses about 1 minute per hour until about 9:00 and then suddenly, after falling 10 minutes behind it has the right time again (yes, it's paired to my phone which is on my hip). The phone number pad works but the downloaded contacts don't make calls. With no instructions for the band adjustment, I immediately broke the pin on the adjustment tool. Occasionally I get a message that I'm not paired to my phone. What's the function of the rotating bezel?
The manual, as everyone knows, sucks! I didn't break a pin because I've shortened many wristbands with this kind of _el cheapo_ system. Those tools are $0.50 apiece and come with any watch or band that has a stainless band of the type.

@@thunderchild2237 You only have enough memory to store a few faces at once. You delete faces you do not intend to use and upload the few you like. Delete and add as desired. I wish the watch had more memory, too!

The watch has a speaker, but it doesn’t have a microphone. You can put your phone on speaker, through the watch, but the other person will not hear your voice. You can dial from the watch. You can save 10 contacts for quick calling.
yes mate, took me three days, on the leaflet in the box it tells you where to download the SZOS app too your mobile phone, when thats done..the fun starts, what you have to do is pair the watch with the phone... you find the app on your phone click scan the settings on your watch and click pair..it's all to do with your phone...takes time but all of a sudden the watch is set to the correct time. just keep trying..hope this helps

Yes, not intuitive but yes. Reset the watch to factory, turn it off. In your phone enable BT, and then turn on the watch. It will be visible to your phone for about five minutes. Search on the phone, it will appear as AW12, select it. You will get a message asking if you want to pair, answer yes on both phone as watch. Should do it.
@@jhaml5567 use the tool that came with it. To take out the pin you press agains the arrow marks on the links, then insert from the other side (in the direction indicated by the arrow) again use the press tool or hammer slightly with something else.
It says IP68. That means *water resistant* (which is very different to waterproof) which means good for splashes, probably shower and dishwashing. Expressly no more than one meter in fresh water and no more than 30 mins, although many watches can be taken much deeper and much longer, even if the manufacturer won't back it. I wouldn't chance it on purpose tho.
