For some reason when I got PDF export it doesn't create that file. Do you know if there's a trouble shoot for that?

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with the Save PDF function. We haven't had any issues so we can't be sure what might be going on. The only work around we can think of is- are you able to use the Print function next to Save PDF at the top of the screen on the Ink/Stitch Print Preview Screen? If so, you might be able to email or save a PDF with the print function.
