I just discovered this film. My father was stationed in Chagauramus , met and married my mother. In the middle, around 8 min in, I see my mother, father, grandmother, my big sister (infant in my grandmother's lap, now 55 yrs old, and my aunt, frozen in time. Wow! Spectacular.

Now let us remember that this took place in 1962 a year before the first Panorama in 1963 and these Jamborees were the venues where the SteelBands would Entertain us and from the vast Crowd seen here it tells how much these occasions meant .
