Another delicious gem. Adding dried cranberries to my shopping list.

This has been my favorite bread so to make in my machine. Can I make a 2 lb loaf? If so how would I adjust the ingredients? Thank you!!

Thanks for the question. I haven't tried making a 2 lb version (yet!!). However, when I do make a 2 lb version, I would start experimenting by multiplying all of the ingredients by 1.333 (2 divided by 1.5 = 1.333). I would see the baking results of that increase and then tweak from there. The main area where you might have to tweak is the yeast & salt.
      Hope that helps.

Thanks again for another easy recipe ❣️
I have the Dash machine and usually make keto bread though I want to try a sorghum keto recipe. Maybe you can figure it out?

Thank you for the kind words about my recipe! Curious - What keto-friendly flour have you been using to make your keto bread? Almond flour? Coconut flour?
I haven't had much success coming up with non-wheat (or related grains) flour sandwich breads that work in a bread machine. They always come out looking like a flat brick. But I will keep trying! :)

@@BreadDad I’ve been making Deirdre s keto bread recipe but it’s not GF so I’m looking for a keto sorghum flour recipe. Her recipe includes vital wheat gluten, flaxseed and oat fiber.
Keto ingredients usually use almond flour, coconut flour, other nut flours, flaxseed meal, psyllium husk and bamboo and oat fibers but not necessarily ALL those ingredients are in one recipe. That’s the challenge.
Maybe if I replace the vital wheat gluten with sorghum flour and use the other regular ingredients it might work. What do you think?
BUT sorghum is GF so unlike VWG is something else needed to keep it together?

@@delladearest2511 Just be aware if you remove the vital wheat gluten from a recipe, the bread will probably not rise as well as the original recipe. Vital wheat gluten is often added to bread recipes in order to improve the "structure" and rise of the bread.

@@BreadDad therein lies the problem, what gives structure to GF flours ? I’ve seen tapioca or potato starch but it’s not keto

@@delladearest2511 Many gluten free breads use xanthan gum to provide the structure.
