Hispandinavian Asgarth is a Basque band, from Basque Country; there is not any basque area in Spain. Basque Country is a nation, although is under domain of Spain and France. Also, 'euskera' (basque) is a language (probably most ancient language in Europe), not a dialect: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Basque_language
the basque IS NOT a dialect its a real leanguage, which has nothing to do with spanish, it is a offense for us to say that the basque (EUSKERA for native speakers) is a dialect

They are from the Basque area of Spain. They are semi-autonomous and have their own local Basque dialect of Spanish. Believe me, I'm a Spanish speaker and it threw me off. I almost thought it was from Romania or some really obscure European Republic I didn't know about.
