This is a short clip featuring some observations of the operations on the Winchester & Western Railway's C&M Line around North Eastern West Virginia (Martinsburg) and Norther Vitgina (Wonshester). this clip was filmed over a 3 day period and features the rebuilt EMD GP38s used on the line in both W&W and GATX leasing schemes.
