I had a 2020 Titanium with the 2.0 AWD setup and the Transmission did the same damm thing, VERY sloppy tuning and response. It would Shift / Pause / Surge and that Drove me NUTS. So I sent into a 2021 SEL Hybrid and I have to say that I LOVE this thing. PLENTY of power at all speeds and Throttle inputs. Love the massive improvement in MPG too.
