Meh, colonia is small. Its just an outpost really. I wouldve given you 2 anarchy powers tho, to keep you weirdo's in colonia busy. At the same time, just come to the bubble, try it out and then do the same.

I actually got back to the game because of PP2.0 - and excited for colonization. So I guess - it;s different experience for different players
