Theres a signifcant difference between Being born in East L A vs being Born and Raised in ELA/BOYLEHEIGHTS, And there's also a significant difference between the two sides in terms of gang culture, the gangs in sc have more blocks (territory) for gang activities, so its more likley for them to get away with certain crime and they also have black hoods out there too. As for ELA/BHTS it's strictly Raza, and there's a different varrio every 2-3 blocks so it can be easier to run into enemies and its easier to get caught up for a crime such as a hot one. Once they get that dispatch call, you got a chopper or two and 5+ cars looking for you 😂.
