I am training arm wrestling from last 2 months like a pro arm wrestler but after the training I played arm wrestling again and I see I got 60% weak then before now I lost with the guy who can't even move my hands before and now I become weak after training 😢

Train 2 or 3 times but best go hard (but don't get injury) and baki din u can do bodybuilding

People still gonna aim for 1 reps
Beacuse for any beginner it's easy to get injured by side pressure at first day

I didn't get what you mean by they know the limit. Whole point of max effort day is to test your limit , by keeping on increasing the weight on singles after warm up , till you can't anymore. Doing 3-4 reps on max effort day defeats the purpose and people won't get as much benefit from conjugate training as they could. Max effort training ke do goals hai , pehela is to teach you to use 100% neurological drive and taking the body to the limits. Jisse jyada muscle fibers recruit hote hai. aur dusra goal is to find the weakness through establishing trends by identifying these failure mechanisms from all the different variations of exercises you do on max effort day. And then those weaknesses are your focus to be trained with your volume and speed training
Volume training ko max effort day , speed day aur on it's own separate day karte hai
Volume training mein voh exercises nahi karni hoti jo max effort mein Kari hai. But the purpose is that , volume should be addressing your weakness, i.e. whatever is holding you back from your one rep max in whatever vector ,from going up. Jo bhi pehele fail hota hai, usko work karna hota hai. Apni volume training mein building up your strength in isolation more and more instead of your weakness , is a waste of time kyunki uss strength ko tum utilise hi nahi kar paoge when match mein jo weak link hai voh expose hogi by your opponent . Toh jaise for ex , peg to peg wrist wrench side pressure , mein agar tumhari wrist bend back ho Rahi hai , jo tumhara limiting factor ban raha hai aur weight badane ke liye uss exercise mein , toh your volume training focus should be cupping instead of side pressure and vice versa. In general I think for most people , their hand is their limiting factor so rise, cup, pronation should be the focus of majority of their volume training

There is a difference between max effort and ego lift
And mostly gonna ego lift

But these things are new for a beginner who have doesn't even do body weight excercises
And you can listen my whole point maine bola you have to overload and go to your max
But what happened is ye sunkar bacche and beginner will take this line in wrong sense
For example doing side pressure at Max from there starting sets
And when I will give them a idea to hit 3 to 4 reps
They gonna attempt till 1 reps
