- Solo canoeing strokes for those that love paddling. This is not an instructional video, just an outing in my solo canoe (a Northstar NW Solo canoe in this case) on a beautiful river in Ontario Canada. There is nothing like a solo canoe to enjoy these wonderful places.

Nicely done, very relaxing while also demonstrating great technique. This video deserves a lot more views.

What an excellent paddling video. I appreciate the multiple perspectives and the use of ambient sound. Where was this filmed? (if you don’t mind revealing)
Nice film Jim. I love the perspective shots, the ambient sounds and esp the underwater shots. I just got my NW Solo BL a month ago and have been testing and rigging since. (not done yet). Will paddle 25 miles on the Wisconsin River tomorrow to test some new gunnel padding, seat readjustment, and portage yoke.
