90% isopropyl alcohol. If that doesn't get it, 1:10 dilutions of nail polish remover with water. Peel an edge up and pat it in with a paper towel. Wear. Gloves. Peel it back gently and dab more at the lifted edge as needed.

Omg these were a nightmare to try to remove at my old apartment
I use these and notice the longer the strip the harder it is. I bought the single hook ones next time and it was much easier..

Why did you leave that place after a few months?
I have ones like that can you have to use heat to get it off
