I saw them in concert several years ago and it was an amazing show that lasted well over 2 hours. Had a lot of audience participation. Seems like a nice guy..
seen them a few times, love their Leave a Whisper album, all their albums are great. Much heavier in the beginning, the Attention Attention album has some bangers. Get Up is about depression the bassist was going through, was very helpful for my youngest son when he was 14 battling depression as well. He knew 3 kids who had committed suicide already so we were very scared.
Second Chance is their biggest hit that peaked at #7 on the Top 40, but on the US Alternative & Mainstream Rock Charts, they have 19 songs that went to #1
You guys gotta check out their remake of Skynard's Simple man and so many others. Every song has a life lesson..... Monsters, The Crow and Butterfly, A symptom of being human.....
Shinedown is a great band, in my opinion. This tune is great, but they have many others that are better. They caught my attention with the song "Save Me"--I hope you will give that a listen. A more mellow song is "Symptom of Being Human."
Dude, it's more like Daughtry sounds like him. On American Idol Daughtry sang I Dare You, which is a song from Shinedown. That was the first time anybody ever heard of Daughtry, whereas Shinedown already was established and that sound was on the radio. Too bad you don't like him, he's an amazing talent. Sound Of Madness is AWESOME, and Second Chance is another BANGER. Please check them out
Nick, Shinedown has a lot of BANGERS. You just have chosen 2 songs that were just "pretty good" by them. Try "Call Me", "Devour" "Second Chance", "Diamond Eyes", "Cut the Cord", "Symptom of Being Human", "Asking For It"-- so many to choose from.
Brent Smith is one of the 5 greatest singers in rock history-- Delp, Perry, Emmett, Gramm, and...Smith. I'm sorry, there's nothing this cat can't do vocally...
I don't dislike Shinedown but not too much of a fan. I'm with Nick, great voice but not a fan of the sound/vibe of the songs. I think the song I tolerate the best is Sound of Madness.
When “45” started, I was immediately taken back to a certain time (I was thinking late 90’s). Rock like this reminds of when I was still listening to terrestrial radio. Sometimes I think I miss the FM (or AM) stations but at 53, I know all too well that you can’t go home again. ✌🏽
Could you please send me my $75.00 I sent you months ago for a Dream Theater request? As far as I'm concerned you stole from me by NOT playing my request. I am done with you and I am contacting TH-cam to have you channel removed. What you did is illegal and will be punished.
Sound of Madness is the banger that Nick is looking for.

I saw them this past July. I had no idea what to expect but absolutely loved them!

One of the few remakes I like better than the original, same with Blue on Black
A symptom of being human, monsters, state of my head. Diamond eyes and second chance are just a few of my favorites by Shinedown.
All of them are great songs.
Good song!
The Crow and Butterfly
I don't eff with this band, but I eff with this song. Solid tune.

How about some Boston; More than a Feeling

@@pacard33 I love Fly from the Inside and Burning Bright from the Leave a Whisper album
Great song, but it definitely fits the late 90's, early 2000's vibe
Devour is a banger
You guys listen to Judas Priest Victim of changes live hard rock arena

Have you listened to the association... Songs like Cherish...Windy.... Among others....
Great band, great singer, great song. Nick you’ve lost your mind on this band 😂
I'd have to agree; the man can sing, but I'm feeling neutral about the song.

Not a fan either
If you want more rock listen to Devil or Monster , Cut the cord these songs rock by shine down
they have many better songs than this one. If you want to hear him with a different softer sound listen to I'll Follow You or If You Only Knew.
I cant atamd this style.
Disturbed, this all sounds the same to me. This relresents how since tjhe 90's nothing has changed. Nothing new.
