Mac Yard Arrival 11:30am
Got held up at Halwest for nearly 4 hours due to work blocks and traffic ahead of it, all destined for Welland Ontario
Subscribed. Fantastic train video. Greetings Joe 😊
Thanks for the sub!
So sad seeing all those engines gone. I know it might be impossible, but I'm going to say it. I hope some of these engines are saved.
They all went to scrap
4609 lives to tell the tail out in prince george
There’s standard cabs in Duluth Minnesota I believe that run ore
Cool, well done Nicholas!
Thanks for watching
I’m pretty sure than setup was sitting on a line just west of CN’s Edmonton yard for over a year.
Didn’t know that Edmonton probably still has a couple dead sitting there
@@NicholasKasim ya I saw this setup that you filmed there. The BC rail dash 8s stick out
I hear that
I'm glad I didn't have to air test that lashup
Crew must have had a field day with them
The engineer and conductor were paid for each unit they had to couple and do up the air brake hoses on each unit they were lifting
Nice to know didn’t know that
I bet a lot of them will end up on shortline railroads.
they all went to scrap in Welland ON
Great video
Thanks for watching
Look good to me. Is it prime mover defective or Electronic devices shot?
no idea to be honest
Most of the units went to Welland Ontario i believe
Likely just generally life-expired. The Dash-8s in the line-up were built between 1989 and 1992, so were 32-35 years old.
I hear that
Why is it called funeral train?
Nvm, read the comments
No worres
WOW!! New sub
Thanks for watching subbed back
Last way?
Yea before heading to the scrapper
Nice one! 230 should have 6644 for tomorrow
Yea currently in Detroit should be Windsor tonight 7/26
DAYUM!!
I said the exact same thing
Awww there goes a BCRAIL :(
Yea there’s only 2 or 4 left in service
There were three in the string, 4619, 4620, and 4623 and yeah, sad to see them go.
Yea 4609 is still out west in BC
Alguien a donde llevan esas viajas maquinas dahs 8
Scrap yard In welland ON
That's one very sad train to watch
It was but hell of a catch
I'm surprised 2180 is included
Yea they had a couple units that didn’t expect to be on
Only a hand full still out there running
Likely only the first two units actually pulling since all of those engines pulling would far exceed the number of driven axles permitted on the Halton Subdivision.
Not sure if there’s even a amount permitted everything was dead in tow for the dash 8s
A whole army of Canadian locos
It sure was
It is the only freight train in Canada
CN and CPKC in Canada u always get the US engines into Canada check out other videos I have
💕Wow💛💛💛💚💛💚💚
It was a nice catch
These old Locomotives will be recycled into new Locomotives.
Don’t think so went to scrap I heard
@@NicholasKasim Yes, and that's what scrapping is. The steel and other metals are separated out and sent for recycling. Some of that recycled steel will potentially be made into new locomotives.
Ok thanks
Sad very sad
caught alot of attention that day
😮😮😮😮
it sure was
😔💐🪦
Indeed
Are so old junkers going to the scrap yard?
Yes should be in welland yard
