What’s up guys and gals, I’m Kage848. I love to make videos for TH-cam, mostly early access survival games like 7 Days to Die, Empyrion, Raft, Mist Survival, The Forest, and more! I also dabble in City Builders and strategy games like Civilization 5, Civilization 6, Dawn of Man, Stonehearth, Factorio and Rim World. I do at least two videos everyday of mainly tutorials, let’s plays and general gameplay footage. Thanks for watching my videos.
---------------------------------
This Early Access game is not complete and may or may not change further. If you are not excited to play this game in its current state, then you should wait to see if the game progresses further in development.

A little tip kage don’t worry about the money this early in the game just make sure u restock every license product and set the prices to the market value that will help leveling ur store quickly. When ppl don’t buy cuz it’s expensive or u don’t have the product that will slow ur store lvl. And keep making these awesome vids
you can set the prices over market value
Do all your expanding and restocking in the morning before you open, closing during the day wastes money making opportunities. Also, dont buy licenses until youre ready to sell all of the new items, customers start looking for them when you get the license
u can pick up things from shelfs using an empty box (the same box they come in ) i ussualy keep 1 of each just for that :)
10:45 - It's Powdered Sugar, lol. Literacy!
`yeah lol
Reading obviously is not his strong point lol
When the people pay with card you can do without adding the zeros on the right ex: instead of 8.00 put 8
I was wondering about that.
I'm in central Europe and while we usually pay with a debit card, for small purchases, a lot of people still use cash. Plus, there are still smaller, privately owned stores and market stalls where you can only pay cash. It is shifting more and more to card, but cash is definitely still normal :)
Susu literally says powdered sugar 💀
Had me angry ash it says it on the box🤣🤦🏼
_"$10.48...I'm only making a few dollars on one"_
This is how it is in real life unless you run an auto shop, HVAC, electrical, plumbing business or hospital.
I like that he imagined the SuSu is gummies 💛💛
This looks totally up my isle! Think I'm going to add this to my list very soon! Thank you, Kage, for sharing it with us. Looks great.
Hi
Barely more than paid for it” u realise irl supermarkets run at 1% - 3% profit margins
"Holy moley, is this Mizer?" Love it!
I don't know why this game is so entertaining but I love it. I hope you do a full series!
Kage, you always find the coolest games dude! This is great. Love these types of games. 😅
These are the type games advertised on our phones that we wish were real. can't wait to play this one.
I got this game a few days ago and love it. Wanted to watch a consistent content creator to watch and came across your channel. Look forward to watching all the videos you have up so far. I do all my prices to the .00 or .50. I don’t like dealing with all the other change.
Just discovered this guy and im glad i did
I used to work in a supermarket. watching this gives me ptsd.. haha
I feel a little triggered that this game is so popular after working for a grocery store for 14 years.
Really like this game, keep the vids coming
Hi Kage & Family! What a fun and amazing video! All smiles the whole way through. 🙂"Get outta my store!" Absolutely classic. 🤣 Kage be careful (spoken jokingly) the simulation rabbit hole runs deep. First it's this, then power wash sim, then house flip sim, then lawn mower sim, then a sim that simulates a simulated sim that is simming. Ha! TY for all the smiles! God bless you and your family! ~John
Wow kage playing a sim
My first thought
I go for volume instead of profit, it keeps people coming in which keeps me busy instead of waiting around for customers, so i stay a little below market price. Youll make money
The box of "gummies" is powder sugar.
I don't think anyone from New Jersey tells people to have a good day. Lol, love your content.
It’s really awesome game I start playing it a week ago and got my supermarket to lvl 30
I think you found your Tier of gaming! rock on brother!!
Kage why not put the register right by the window next to the computer that way when you look at your shelves and see whats missing all you need to do is turn and add it to your shopping list. only time you will need to move is to look inside your fridge unless you move it and to get your products and stock your shelves.
Kage needs to play Bakery Simulator!!!!!!!!!
I laughed when you said "susu is flying off the shelves" Hahah. Susu is "b00bies" in Filipino. And susu is Milk in Indonesia and Papua New Guinea.😁😁
You ask if there’s people who use cash, and yes. I personally don’t use my card for anything more than atm withdrawals and online orders. It’s easier for me to keep to my budget if i can see how much cash i have left at the end of every week than trying to keep up with my online banking.
Maybe Capoo would like to shop here. He can get that coffee at last.
If you haven't played it yet, you will REALLY like "Big Ambitions". Same type of idea just much more advanced with more features and stores.
There's only 1 dev for this game. I bought it on sale for nearly $14 so here's hoping the dev doesn't abandon the game like other 1 man devs on Steam most often times do. Some are just in it for a quick buck.
Love this!
The Kageflation is real
LOL he complained about corporate price gouging IRL and then began price gouging.
Keep up the work kage, your vids are soo fun to watch.
I wonder if there's stock rotation in this game? With items having a shelf life, and the need to keep the oldest items to the front so they get sold first?
Not yet. It's a planned feature. Game is in very early early access with a bunch of planned features.
U need an empty box to remove from shelf😊
I didn’t think I would like this but I think I wanna play it now 🥲
Ngl, looks fun af. I'm not into these type of games but I might have to try it. I hate how expensive chip snack prices are atm. few years back Cali it was like $2.99. MN it was like 3.69 for a big bag. Then $4 something last year. 2024 now $5.99 ....... or is it just a Wisconsin thing? from Cali to WI
I love working in a supermarket while I work at a supermarket in real life
I'm in Australia and work in retail and half my customers at least pay with cash. I was stunned! I'm from South Africa and like, NO ONE carries cash there.
🤗🤣🤣🤣 I remember Supermarket Sweep.
In europe it's quite common to use cash on low price items
The 1 product is powdered suger not gummi bears lol. It is a wierd picture for sugar tho
imagine combining every simulator together, maybe thats an end goal?
a life sim? 😭😭
It tells you the market price in other shops. You always want to uncut other prices by maybe 5-10 cents or a .25?
i use cash since there is a high chance someone could clone your card especially in small shops
7:49 the last time I saw an actual note was before Covid-19!!! I've not even seen one, LMAO That's the truth...in fact I never thought about it until right now - is this strange? well, i AM an introvert so...2020 was the first time I actually thought about venturing out, because I knew "people" would stay home!!!
It’s powdered sugar my guy😂
I always pay card. I only carry a little bit of cash for tips if I go out
I'm a card user. Cash is too much to keep track of anymore. If I am short on my account, I can transfer it quickly and finish my shopping with less chance of having to put it back.
In uk apple pay is common acepted now
Hello new sunshine here❤❤
I use cash mostly. Don't have a debit card or a cell phone.
Things are expensive cause the business is paying 1.5% for you to use your Cc.
Pay cash!! Always tip in cash
I've never understood the whole ".99 entices people" thing ive always preferred seeing either the flat price or the total price with tax included, those r the best stores
As he said, it's a psychological thing. People see $10.99 and think it's WAY cheaper than $12.00, even though it's only about 1 dollar off. People will look at the dollar amount more than the change and think they're getting a much better price. Makes the price difference seem more substantial.
yes.. i understand the concept.. what I said was that I don't get it bc that's just not how it works in my head, that's all. @@BigFry9591
People subconsciously ignore the numbers after the decimal, and will baulk at double digits.
So if they feel a 9.99 is much more affordable than 10.00, they are more likely to buy it.
They will also see 4.99 and compare it to a 6.00 and mistakenly calculate it as being 2.00 cheaper.
yes i know. @@DH-xw6jp
Cereal should go lower on the shelves so it's at eye level with children who will bother their parents to buy it. That's what supermarkets do to increase sales
It's not a real supermarket
I rarely have cash, and I have even used my card to buy something under a $1 😂
No say tell u what should be charging
Nope ignore the flashing market vaoue
Susu is always surger
i use money some times
3 minutes in, after the cash register and change given I was sold nothing else needed to be said. Lol
I pay with cash in real life, mainly because it is more annoying then anything using a card for me.
I work at a dollar general so i do this in real life lol
I always pay cash when I can
Cash is king
i sometimes pay in cash
Do you plan to do sons of forest? Single player. This game is highly saturated on youtube
I pay with my debit card.
I work in a store and more people pay with cash than you think
My parents would pay in cash so they would make me and my older sister pay in cash instead of creadit card due to people having easily access to your back account
someone on my supermarket buyed 7 pasta
Cash 80% of the time
No Cash
No Card
We Scan QR code and make payments
lets goooo
Restock simulator
Susu is surger
never cash !
What the hell is wrong with paying in cash, cash allows you to purchase anonymously, and it's nobodies business what you buy.
I use only cash, but i'm also no American.
Pay cash at a grocery store? Are you crazy? My Amex Blue Cash Preferred card gets me 6% back on the first $6k a year.
I guess stock rotation isnt part of this sim.
I pay cash
Damn this guy is really slow 💀
And he’s cringe 😬
I live in Europe and do not pay with cash or card, we in here preffere to pay with app on phone or watch. Also we would never handle our card to someone just like that. Oh and if you´d read Susu is sugar not fruit.
I got the game for free ?
That's not a supermarked. That is - at best - a corner kiosk.
For now :D
Early days. Like most simulation type games, you start small and work your way up.
It tells you the market price dude
finish the video bud.
I hate cash
why would you need to have milk in fridge
Fuck'd I just watch... ? Look, I'm a long time subscriber, and so... No, not even going to disguise my confusion... Dafuq?
To be fair, if I wanted to live the day in a life of a gas station clerk, I'd ask some of my idiot friends... This... Wow. No... no, I'm gonna pass.
Always cash
