Hey I would not advise you to come on tourist/visit visa it’s not guaranteed you’ll get job immediately and now it’s different once you get a job you need to exit and re-enter on employment visa. Just search for a job before coming and enter on employment visa.

Hello there, it’s not possible to have employment visa without a job! How did you get visa without a job?
Employment visas are issued by the company/employer only for FREE and you cannot work in any other place different from the visa.
