Moving Your White Couch: When we moved from Japan to Italy, one of the larger pieces was a full size, one piece bedroom armoire that I had made for my wife, many years before. The Italian house was two and a half stories, with the Master Bedroom on the top floor. There was no possible way the armoire was going up the stairs. The crew of 2 Italian movers unloaded everything else from the truck and assured us the armoire was no problem. The house had both first and second floor large balconies, one above the other. At the end of the day, 2 additional crews arrived for the task, so we now the 6 men who stationed themselves for the task. The armoire and 2 guys were on the front lawn, 2 more were in the first floor balcony and the last pair were up on the master bedroom balcony. Then, we watched a bit amazed, as they handed the armoire off from pair to pair and it went up on the outside of the building and then was moved inside to the master bedroom. Sometimes it helps to leave certain jobs to those who do it daily and are proficient at it. 😉
If it was anyone else but you and Roger...I could see that adding more to your inventory before a move may be puzzling. But you are so incredibly organized and always have a game plan. Kudos to you both and may God Bless your new phase ❤
Hats off to you and Roger. Its amazing what you have accomplished in such short amount of time. You have great organizational skills among many other gifts. I recognized this skill set when I started watching your videos. So glad your plan worked on moving the couch.
You always amaze me as to the amount of work you are able to do. I remember first watching your channel when you first started and your talking about your new home and what you were looking for regarding storage space when you bought it. It’s been a while but your channel has grown and done so well!!! God bless you guys in your move. Thank you so much for sharing with us. I’m very excited to see your new adventures!!!!
Good luck on the move. I just moved back home to Panama City, Florida from Peoria, Illinois and moved my ebay items with me. I split the drive up into 2 days so it wouldn't be such a bad trip. Little tips definitely wear some compression socks and walk around whenever you stop, get well hydrated before you leave. It really helped me.😊
SO glad you can bring the couch...it is PERFECT for FL in every way. Lisa's picture is just adorable. Are you bringing the basement shelving units? Enjoying your taking us along for the move ... you are so busy as it is, so we really appreciate it! TY Karen...
Tenacious, industrious & organized are my spirit animal adjectives. So glad Roger is driving the truck. When I downsized my Atlanta home (after my senior moment marriage ) my husband drove the 26 footer to Charleston SC. Love your content & looking forward to the vlogs. Wanda & her Long Island Italian, Vinnie ~
I am so excited for you! ☀️ I moved to the FL panhandle 8 years ago and I have zero regrets. I was a thrift reseller too, and still dabble in it from time to time. I just wanted to give you and Roger a heads up that Goodwill’s prices here are outrageous, and not all stores participate in the color of the day. (There’s certainly no shortage of church & local thrift shops though, so no matter what, you should be just fine!) Thank you for sharing and I wish you the best!! 😊
Moving that much stuff would make me crazy …. but I love your channel and love watching the vlogs to see how you pull this all off. Can’t wait to see your new place in Florida! Best wishes to you and Roger! ❤
Bless your heart Karen-my husband and I have lived in our home 44+ years and unfortunately moving would be a nightmare with the hoarding I have done-mostly family heirlooms-husband has said start selling some-I pick out one thing, it sells immediately. Problem is-I can remember every single piece I sold and miss it lol.
Congratulations on selling your home and making your dreams come true by moving to Florida. I live near Tampa and i am originally from Buffalo...best move i ever made!! Best of luck to you and Roger on your next journey!!
Packing your Pottery/Loose Hard Goods Area: You mentioned how you intend to fill the bins and mark them as shelf 2 left, etc. Good Idea, but to make it even better, I would suggest you take some smart phone slow motion video and photos of your current arrangement before you pack, so it't not all down to your memory. Also grab some scrap paper and draw a quick sketch of the shelf layout (top down view), numbering the shelves with your plan. You could even temporarily put the shelf numbers on sticky notes (that match what you write on the bins) long enough to have them in the video and photos. Then photograph the sketches, so they are handy on your phone. The time spent creating a visual reference for how it was in the basement in Penn may help when your are standing in Florida surrounded by numbered bins full of hard goods you previously store loose on shelves. I did some of this video documenting for my last move and it really did help. 😉
Looks like you’re doing well! Not being attached to many things helped when I moved. I’ve done so many house clean outs when people pass and the family is overwhelmed.
Way to go Karen. You keep inspiring me. Was thinking of selling my home, but didn't (don't) want to deal with my inventory. Now you are giving me hope.😀
I’m so happy you are moving to your dream spot. I must say I’m sad you are leaving my Pennsylvania. I know a lot of the stores you shop at. It will be fun to see what you find in Florida though! Many happy wishes go with you and Roger.
Tightening and Consigning is a good plan and will certainly help. As is running a clearance sale and parring down your personal items. Shopping for replacement items (that fit the new house), once in Florida will be part of the fun. I try to remember to take photos of items like the clothing racks as I empty them and before disassembly, just in case I end up running an ad and need the photos later, but sometimes in the rush it's hard to do. Now with smart phones, photos are easy and if you end up not needing them, they can be deleted later. It's easier then having to rebuilt the item, just for photos. Same with shelving. If I think it might be surplus, I initially take photos of it full of stock, then later if it's still around and empty, I take more. Better to run an ad early with photos of the shelf full, then delay the ad until the shelves are empty. You can always update the ad later, with additional photos. One thing I do suggest, once you are settled in the new place and are ready to do your first full inventory stock take, would be to consider changing to a numbered bin system. I know you prefer the word descriptions, but now you are a married team and I am sure there are times when you have to have Roger do (or help) with your pulls. After nearly 50 years with my wife, I can say we still don't use the same words for colors and item descriptions. There are simply words and colors that are not in most men's vocabularies. So as you age and involve others in your biz, it's easier for those helping to go to a bin number, rather then use a description where the words are interpretive. I sometimes have my grown daughter help and can say for sure that if the bins were descriptive, rather then numbered, she'd struggle finding some of the vintage tools, military surplus items and commercial repair parts.😉
@@lavenderclotheslineI agree. The number system would never work for me either! I want to know how many skirts, jeans, blazers, etc that I have left in my inventory! Numbers would drive me crazy!
@@lavenderclothesline 😊 I suspect there are other changes you are considering along with the move. You started out as a clothing seller, but have morphed into a more general goods reseller as, you became exposed to other categories. We've seen you sell jewelry, art, hardware, furniture and so much more. We source, store and sell an even wider array of items, but a lot less clothing then you. You mentioned your running a big sale to reduce volume, which is beneficial before any move and a good time to honestly evaluate entire categories to eliminate from your stock and not replace as you learn the Florida sourcing market. Especially those you no longer find fun, take to long to process or consume too much storage room. That thinking can also extend to the type and qty of shelving fixtures, storage methods, less often used shipping supplies, photography equipment, etc. When you downsize for retirement, all aspects of the the biz should be pared down when and where they can. For instance, when I stopped moving stock around with the forklift on pallets, I no longer needed the forklift and sold it. With our last move, to a smaller place at the lake, with less land and storage, we eliminated categories like lumber, larger building material, tractor implements completely and reduced the physically larger items in general. We knew we'd have no place to store them at the lake and as we aged decided we no longer wanted to deal in large physical items as often. We also surplussed items like photography mannequins and dedicated studio light, to save space, deciding to do without them, since smart phones have advanced to the point of "good enough". We stock fewer shipping supplies and simply order more often. Basically we overhauled much of the business to "fit" into the the space at the new place, as we downsized and looked ahead toward a smaller business in the next phase of life. In my "retired" reincarnation, I now look to source items that ship out in boxes or packages under 1 cubic foot, though from time to time there are a few larger items I can't seem to resist. The fact is, we're constantly working to "right size" the biz to our new life style and we've been together nearly 50 years now. I suspect you and Roger spend a lot of time having similar discussions as the move progresses. 🙂
We ‘retired’ 2 years ago & moved out if a big family home to a rural area. I’ve been selling part time in between travelling & it’s been great fun. It’s a really good part time retirement gig compared to being a full time reseller. No pressure, way more relaxing.
I would want to bring that beautiful couch with me , too! You have gotten so much done. I’m just so happy for you & Roger! Thank you for taking us with you and showing us your process. You’re very inspirational. 😊❤
We sold our house back in September, I put my store on hiatus and packed most of it up and it’s now in a storage locker. That was a mistake. Lol so, I am sure you will keep all of your items for sale handy so you don’t do what I did. Best of luck in your new adventure, we love watching you and Roger. My husband is from Pennsylvania originally. We plan to come back and thrift at some point. God bless.
Hi Karen! With yours and Roger’s sweet and easy going personalities, I have no doubt this move, businesses and all, will go smoothly. Wishing you both all the best ❤
We had a similar situation when we bought a sofa too big to fit through doorway and had to completely remove sliding glass doors and squeezed it through. 😅 Good luck on the move, you seem to have everything under control!!
When u sign off, "ok, go out & get whats yours" and I think ,"no,I dont want it to end" then, BOOM ur in a different location & theres more ... YAYYY ! Congratulations on ur move !!❤
Just like any other business, if there is a base move you still have to keep your business running. Happy you are following your dream to go to the beach, but lets face it, it takes hard work to make your dreams come true, there is no magic fairy wand issued at birth. 👋🇨🇦 Those 2 studio plates from the 70's are great. I love them. Funny your viewers comments about Florida. It's not their dream. I love living on the seaside, but Florida, no not for me. I love the wilderness beaches, wild animals, unparalleled majestic view of mountains, waterfalls etc. here. That is my beach dream. Karen, take a picture of each shelf of goods before packing as another reminder of what is in the bin.
26' Rental Truck: It sounds big, but really isn't when you consider your are moving both personal items and business inventory. The last time we moved interstate, we rented the largest truck we could get in the town we were leaving and still struggled to identify what could go. In the end we sold most of the oversize and business inventory by having an on-site auction to clear stock. We determined that only a single truck was efficient. Like your couch, there will simply be items you are more attached to and will want them to have space in the truck. I would also suggest you do some basic math on the truck's volume. The rental company can usually provide the interior dimensions beforehand and you can do some simple math, such as the average size (cubic volume) of the bins in your inventory. One way to figure out bin volume is to stack and arrange about 10 along a wall, stacked about as wide as the truck and measure the "Cube". Divide it by 10 and you have a pretty good idea of what the average bin size would be. Then consider what your personal items will need as far as space and the rest is available for bins. I say average because bins do vary in size, but it will provide you a "thumbnail sketch" to work with. The same is true of personal items in boxes and bins. If you move them near the exit door or group them up, staged in rooms, it's easier to estimate the volume of truck space they will consume. If they are spread out all over the house, they separately don't look like much. Personally, the largest such item I was attached to was a Kubota Tractor with a bucket and 3 point hitch. I took off the bucket and the 3 point bars to compact the space needed and did the measurements. Then, when the truck arrived I opened the big loading door, measured and marked the floor with a sharpie to show how much space would be needed at the back the truck for the tractor and told my wife the rest of the truck space was hers. Watching me get the tractor into the high deck rental truck, without a loading dock or ramps was an interesting event for sure. But that brings up another point to consider. How many of your current fixtures, like your Metro style metal shelving are going to be moved. I have a lot of it myself, but when considering if it should go along, it comes down to another math question. Fixtures and shelves have a certain used market value in Penn. The same shelves are available new in Florida. Each takes up a given amount of space when disassembled. Items like the Metro racks also are awkward to pack and take a lot of time to bundle and saran wrap to fit in the truck. So, the question is what is the net loss to sell them in Penn, then replace them in Florida? Is that loss acceptable when compared to the cost for the cubic footage it will take up in a moving van and the cost of that space. Once you have the rental truck cost and volume, you should know what you are paying for each cubic foot in the truck. That is the question to ask for each large item your are not attached too. Some fixtures are hard to replace, but many are not and buying new replacements gives you a chance to customize your new place, rather then trying to replicate your basement layout with existing fixtures. Nothing worse then moving items that don't fit/work and telling yourself it should have stayed in Penn. Anyway, hope that suggestion helps. Looking forward to more moving videos! 😉
@@lavenderclothesline Glad to hear you've spent time on the process. Too many folks don't and end up with a big stack of stuff that doesn't fit in the truck on moving day and have to scramble when they should be on the road. 😉
Oc Md area and found Sango dish set for 4 for $25 in thrift store(just 2 of us). Love them. I will miss your Goodwill shopping on rt30. Thats the best. We retired at the beach(beach block, my dream of 50 years, but circumstances moved 7 min away). Still beachy atomosphere. Enjoy your move. 🎉🎉❤❤
You and Roger are very savvy people. You can accomplish anything you desire. Fortunate to have found each other .The move will be a breeze..you know what you're doing!!!! Carol. MA
I left Florida 15 years ago due to high prices of homes, high HOA fees and very high insurances. (Car and home). I wish you the best of luck in your new venture.
Can’t wait for the move and the videos showing it all….thanks Karen for being so generous with your life…this will be so exciting 🎉🎉🎉Florida bound and it will be wonderful you being close to your daughter Melissa❤️🏝️🏖️⛱️
Looks like you have a solid plan. We moved from Ca to Ga years ago. It was quite the adventure. The move in date for the new owners of our sold house was sooner than expected so that was a little stressful. It's good that you have some time to get things together. Are you ever going to visit PA again to find items that you will not be able to find in FL? You always find the best stuff. I am sure there is plenty in FL. I was just curious.
I’ve sold quite a bit of the furniture but there are certain pieces that I want with me! It’s easier (and less expensive) to pack them in the moving truck than to sell them and have to rebuy!
Happy morning! Excited about the move. Lots of work and don't know where you two get the energy! May God bless you in this new year. Greeting from Lake Arrowhead. 💜🦝
Oh Karen, you are a hoot. Love how you thought of moving what you love through the window🤣 that I would have never thought of. I also think of ways to get something done that I need to get done. Unfortunately when you get older, like myself, almost 78, you wish you could still do what you want to do. You are so smart to make your move while you still can. I still say no to the heat in Fl and the hot water at the beaches, ha, but I wish you the best and hope with all my heart that you make many new happy memories, you have so earned it. Your organizing skills are amazing and also amazing to see it in action. Are you going to have enough room in your garage to hold all your inventory, and are you allowed to sell out of your home where you are going? My son who has a HMO said his is very picky of what you can and cannot do. Can’t wait for your next exciting videos. I wish I had an adventurous husband like Roger, mine is the BEST when all is well but have a little bump in the road and you don’t want to be around him..ha. Lucky for me I love being a homebody.ha..but it must be nice having your husband being calm in all situations. May God Bless you always sweet Karen, and Roger.💕
Pretty funny you painted around your fridge, hope their is some paint left over for the buyer of your home. All the best for your move, watching from New Zealand,
How exciting to have a whole new area of thrifting to explore in the near future. ❤ I remember all the browns with either harvest gold or avocado green from the 70s. The Brady Bunch aesthetic. Have you seen that house lately? What a crazy renovation!
We all loose time for misplaced items, but how much time spent depends on the numbering system in use. My numbering is sub-divided by category: Media, Hardware, Soft Goods, Misc, etc, so it's a hybrid I designed because others, like my wife and daughter sometimes help me bin and pull and they were loosing time back before I began using the system. Both systems have positives and negatives, such as your ability to tell when certain stock is running low. I would never try to tell you what to do, simply mentioned it because you are no longer a completely solo act and a big move and stock take is the perfect time to consider changes and I suspected Roger is helping from time to time. 😉
What an organised operation, you are an inspiration looking forward to seeing your new house and especially the ebay set up.....I've watched you for a long time I'm an ebay seller to from Northern Ireland xx
I moved from Florida to Wisconsin last year. I had alot of inventory that got shipped up here. Now I have 3 times more inventory and I'm considering moving back to Florida. I grew up in Wisconsin but being retired, the winters are just to long
I wish you and Roger all the best in your new location. It's almost like starting over because you won't have the stores you have become used to. I haven't been to Florida in years but was very impressed with the clean blue water, unlike what we have up North in NJ. As a kid, we would go to my Aunt's house who lived near Seaside and swim in a bay that had brown water without waves. They didn't have casinos in Florida when I was there so I went on a bus to a cruise ship that docked in the Bahamas. That was a fun day trip from Vero Beach!
There was another thrifter, Jeffrey, who moved to Florida. The Goodwills he visited very slim to nothing. He did his shopping at antique malls and estate sales.
I hit the jackpot today in Bradenton and I thought I wish Karen was here! 😂 it was all Vintage woods and baskets! It was from an 81 year old gentleman who traveled the world and there was thousands of pieces. I’m so excited for you and Roger’s new adventure! ❤
Pivot!!!!!!!!! Good luck in Florida! You're leaving a beautiful home in a beautiful area, but living at the beach sounds dreamy! You have such a great system for staying organized. I'm amazed that you don't seem at all overwhelmed! I was always hoping to run into you and Rodger in the thrifts, since we shop in the same ones. I guess that won't be happening now!😁
You know that Florida with hit with snow. So those beautiful beaches are snow covered at the moment. So I think your hubby needs to take those gloves with him.
I'm in the UK and my favourite cup is from The Old Pottery Company. It's one of the wonky cup range. Sadly we don't get as much choice of items from them here.
I wish I had just half of your energy! Best of luck with this move…it’s so exciting! I moved from a 4,000 sq foot home of 20 + years to a little 1000 sq foot farm house on my husband’s farm. I’m still exhausted! Living near the coast would definitely be worth it!! I love Florida!!
Sounds like u have a good moving plan. I know u and Roger are working on it everyday, consistency is always the key!!! Truly so "Over the Moon" on your new perfectly lovely location!!!💞💞🙃💞💞
You will find great furniture in Goodwill in Orlando. Semi trailers sitting outside full of near new nice furniture . I furnished my college student apartment from there. We had to sit on a couch we wanted and wait for a salesperson. Sit on it or lose it to someone else, lol.
I think you should take a picture of each of your shelves in your inventory. It would be a safety check if you’re looking for something and can’t find it. One or 2 items might jog your memory on which shelf it was on. Won’t take much time to do this. I’ll be checking your inventory to see if there’s anything I want to help with your move.
Those 'Los' plates are studio pottery. I think i saw the artist signature in the clay on the bottom. Many are selling $35=$70 per plate depending on the studio and artist. Simply 'signed' is closer to the $35.
Don’t the handles come off the refrigerator? Or does something come off the couch to move it. The back maybe? Can’t imagine the company’s that made these items wanted to transport them as they are now.
Are you going to pull one vehicle behind the moving truck and drive the other one? When I moved from Memphis, TN to Mobile, AL, I pulled my SUV on a platform trailer behind the 26’ truck, which I drove. I am a lady, but I did it! It was fun actually!! Best wishes Karen and Roger 🩷💙
Them movers are amazing. How they got my dresser out real tight area they turned it on its side and put it on a blanket and pulled it. I wouldn't move without them . But on long trip I could see you doing it yourself. But you can get movers to help you unload when you get there
I hope you can find treasures in Florida when your thrifting. It seems that the other resellers videos are a lot of estate sales or antique stores. Good luck with your move!
Hi Karen - what a huge project to pack up but I have every faith that you and Roger will get it done! Will your new home in Florida have space for your inventory, or will you need to store in a storage unit/warehouse? Cheers, Katia
Karen, I envy you and I do mean in a good way!! May God be with you and Roger throughout your journey and life in Florida. Please, please from time to time do videos of sunrises, sunsets, the beach and all Florida has to offer. No pressure, of course, I know you're a busy lady. Be blessed!

God bless.
Been waiting. Love your videos and am very Happy for you and Roger 😊 Thanks for the great content ❤
All the best with your move🙏. Greetings from Cape Town South Africa🇿🇦.
Hi Karen! With yours and Roger’s sweet and easy going personalities, I have no doubt this move, businesses and all, will go smoothly. Wishing you both all the best ❤
Hi Karen an Roger’s,I’m so glad your having your dream ,in your retirement. You work so hard lv Ann uk❤️❤️❤️🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
I am so excited for you in your new adventure. 🎉😊
Whoa, I hope you have a big big truck.. I'm tired just watching you. Best of luck.Hope everything goes very smoothly.
Wow, I am happy for you and Roger’s big move, but I sure don’t envy the moving process. It’s a hard task. But, knowing you 2, it will be a breeze.
I’m really happy you’re going to be near Mellissa and Bare!!!
But most of all, I’m so glad you have you’re lovely husband and he has you!!
I am so excited to be near them!
You are the queen, my dear👍❤ I am looking forward to the move and your new stomping grounds!
I would be overwhelmed. But I know you've got this.
You have a lovely home. The new family will make lots of amazing memories.
Stoneware vs Pottery Barn Owl Plates: I agree and would pick the stoneware over the owls for eating off of every time. The owls are too busy.
I would recommend taking pictures of the shelves before packing
You really know your stuff! We have done all of the “ mock up “ math 😂 but only actually doing it will tell 😂
When i purchased our new couch the old sectional lived in our entry hall for a week. Yes we had to walk over it😅 You do what you have to do!
You and Roger are very savvy people. You can accomplish anything you desire. Fortunate to have found each other .The move will be a breeze..you know what you're doing!!!! Carol. MA
Thank God you're a super organized person! It'll be much easier for you.
Hope y’all enjoy your new home!!
🌊 ☀️
I left Florida 15 years ago due to high prices of homes, high HOA fees and very high insurances. (Car and home). I wish you the best of luck in your new venture.
Bought the house outright and the HOA is quite low 😊
Can’t wait for the move and the videos showing it all….thanks Karen for being so generous with your life…this will be so exciting 🎉🎉🎉Florida bound and it will be wonderful you being close to your daughter Melissa❤️🏝️🏖️⛱️
I microwave butter - just 1 0seconds to soften it up enough to spread! Never looked at the bottom of the ceramic dish to see if it is microwaveable….
I am so excited for your move and i bet the pickings will be amazing there too!
I’m sure we will pop into the thrift stores in PA when we come up to visit family!!
Karen, I'm really surprised that you are taking so much with you! I would have guessed you'd sell your furniture and just rebuy it in FL.
I’ve sold quite a bit of the furniture but there are certain pieces that I want with me! It’s easier (and less expensive) to pack them in the moving truck than to sell them and have to rebuy!
Hello Karen and Roger, Happy Sunday 😊
Happy morning! Excited about the move. Lots of work and don't know where you two get the energy! May God bless you in this new year. Greeting from Lake Arrowhead. 💜🦝
You are a solid planner girl ❤❤ that’s why we watch and learn Princess Karen….
All the best for your move, watching from New Zealand,
Your videos are my favourite! Did you not hear me asking you to pick up the plates you placed the owl plates on? 🤣 I love floral on my dishes!!
😂 they were Thomas floral garden I believe
How exciting to have a whole new area of thrifting to explore in the near future. ❤
I remember all the browns with either harvest gold or avocado green from the 70s. The Brady Bunch aesthetic. Have you seen that house lately? What a crazy renovation!
I haven’t seen it! I’ll have to check that out!
@ Search, “Brady Bunch house tour” on TH-cam. It’s so much fun.
Thanks so much!
Take note to try to use and keep the clear bins if ur getting rid of some do the solid bins
I guess that won't be happening now!😁
Yep I definitely remember the 70s are graduation theme 78 is great lol my mom was weird she mixed avacdo and lime green .
I know it’s admirable because no way could I be that organized.
I can only imagine how much work that must have been but what a great adventure!! 💜
Thanks for sharing excited for the both of you's new adventures ❤❤
Sounds like u have a good moving plan. I know u and Roger are working on it everyday, consistency is always the key!!! Truly so "Over the Moon" on your new perfectly lovely location!!!💞💞🙃💞💞
The bookends...one is in a long red skirt...thus u have a male and a female...vintage, yes, very nice...Great detail!!!💞💞🙃💞💞
That's exactly what I thought. The lady is in red
Very impressive Karen! You have made great progress! Cheers Pat 🎉
Karen, by wild chance, did another reseller buy your place? I would think they would all love your set up❤
They did not! But that would’ve been fun coincidence if they did!
I want that mouse, he’s a doorstop. He’s so cute.
Those 'Los' plates are studio pottery. I think i saw the artist signature in the clay on the bottom. Many are selling $35=$70 per plate depending on the studio and artist. Simply 'signed' is closer to the $35.
Best wishes to you and Roger! I’m going to miss Pennsylvania , but looking forward to your shopping in Florida!
Sorry for you to move. Make sure you relocate to a higher place like Ocala. No flooding.
Yes!… And near Good healthcare!
I think she bought a home in Bradenton.
@@michelleraney3577nope 😂
How will you store all of your stuff in FL? We have no basements and the garages get up to 100 degrees!
We are having the garage temperature controlled.
@@lavenderclotheslinedo you have a 4 car garage? I don’t see you doing this much longer…
@@mariaroldan4200😂 we shall see!!
All the best! Enjoy your channel!
Don’t the handles come off the refrigerator? Or does something come off the couch to move it. The back maybe?
Can’t imagine the company’s that made these items wanted to transport them as they are now.
Photograph as is on the shelf... and mark them and it, and pack ---proof in the photo!! Smart. Moving is intense. Best to you for doing it. Wow!!
Good luck, of course you are very organized which helps.
I would love to have your home. Absolutely love it.
Them movers
are amazing.
Hello Karen Love your thrifts. Moving to warm area congrats
Hi Karen - what a huge project to pack up but I have every faith that you and Roger will get it done! Will your new home in Florida have space for your inventory, or will you need to store in a storage unit/warehouse? Cheers, Katia
It has space! 😊
Good you left the lava lamp, I have read they are serious fire hazards
Karen, I envy you and I do mean in a good way!! May God be with you and Roger throughout your journey and life in Florida. Please, please from time to time do videos of sunrises, sunsets, the beach and all Florida has to offer. No pressure, of course, I know you're a busy lady. Be blessed!
I’m sure all of that will be included! I usually add some of that when I film down in FL! ☺️
You should also take a picture of the labeled shelves in case you need to reference anything when unpacking
Phew. I m relieved to hear some things are going to consignment etc. At first I thought you were taking ALL your inventory ( smalls / mugs etc)
