The BEST Striped Bass Recipe (and any fish for that matter)

I love to fish but I don’t always like to eat the fish I catch. Many people have told me that they don’t like striper however, both me and my very picky 7 and 10 year old daughters absolutely love this recipe. This was originally passed on to me by a guide Cary Thorne and I may have modified it off of his original recipe but the result is that its an amazing dish. My entire family loves this recipe and many of my friends (some of whom don’t like fish) really enjoy it. If you do not like a fishy tasting fish, make sure you peel out the blood line and trim off the red meat from your filets!
