Selling your property to fund travel abroad, especially for manual jobs, is not a wise decision unless you have secured a professional job. It's important to think twice before making such a big financial move.
Wrong... If you have good resident visa or job abroad, it depends on the country, you will be contributing to your retirement and Healthcare when you retire, far better than living in Nigeria.
Why are you selling your property because you want to Japaa. Which day will you raise the money in abroad. The only thing they do in oversea is paying bills. And eat food. No savings there Becareful
It depends. If he has skills and certificates, and also get a job already before travelling; he will make it back in not so long. Ofcourse depending on the country.
Story for the Gods. Any body working in abroad can easily save average of 1.5m every month. The house is even cheap for the same people that japa. Country way credit card and access to loan is as easy as ABC.
@@DavidOkpara-rv6ekSeems you don't understand the system of abroad..... Credit cards and access to loan is DEPTS, and comes with huge interest rates And for saying they can save 1.5m monthly Not until that person has started years and settled first Abroad is full of paying bills, bills bills And house rents is expensive, Even if the person has certificates, it takes time to get a stable job if they are new and doesn't has the country working experience........ @@DavidOkpara-rv6ek Good luck after paying for gas, electric, transport, feeding, rent. You will recover but be ready to spend at least 10 years abroad if you're lucky.

lol what room is spacious all these developers and lies. Can't you see how chocked the kitchen is. lmao 50m for this tiny house at bogije abeg come to Abraham Adesanya and see spacious house for 50m.
Japa is not for everyone. I know a family, wife, HR manager in a bank, husband, insurance manager, children attending private school where they were paying N1 million per year. They sold house in Ikeja, land, cars, relocated abroad. Husband ended up working as gardener, cutting grass, wife as a maid. Of course they regret the decision, they wish they did not leave Nigeria. Good luck
The owner of this house no try at all. He coukdnt even maintain the compound a d paint it? U for don show the neighbor house for this 50m instead of this guys house. Wetin be this. Nigerians and maintenance na water and fire.
@realtorcollins yes my brother, we are colleagues, just that l am base abroad, nevertheless, have clients and products in Niger. Though you are at liberty to fix ur price, but when tagged the property as 'Distress Japa sale', you need to be realistic.
