We moved to Allen in January. Of all of the videos I’ve seen about Allen, I have to say this one paints the most accurate picture. We were hoping for more diversity for our kids to grow up around, which we have since found in other areas of DFW. Other than that, it’s a good place to be, especially with the school system for our kids.

Could you name the areas you found to be more diverse also with a good school system?

Sorry Montrilla I don't do personal tours, only for active, qualified clients that are ready to make a home purchase.

How diverse are the schools? Me and my wife are considering moving out there from southern cali. Looking for a better place to raise our kids where we live now its pretty diverse. So far love what we have been seeing about Allen and the schools. Looking to visit soon to get a feel for it

The servicer is Oncor but far as the companies, Allen is deregulated. Many companies to choose from like txu, reliant etc

My sister move there seems to like it but I've never liked Texas. Too many people live in Texas that claim to be Christians and really they're a bunch of Hypocrites I have found that many times as I have traveled through there. I've had family that has lived in Texas. Plus you're a conservative state which means you don't believe in anything but helping yourself. Sorry I feel this way toward it because it's a beautiful place in a lot of areas like specially LM town I have visited through TH-cam many times since my sister went there. Big Tex

Surprised about the diversity comment. One thing I really like is the diversity in our Allen neighborhood close to Waters Creek.

The schools may be diverse in population but everyone is segregated and Black kids are constantly attacked and discriminated against especially areas like Allen and Frisco where whites are the majority.
