I use the Happy Planner and it has those type of pages. I found a tool on Temu that I can turn any paper into that type of insert. Example: I got a wedding invitation I was able to punch with that tool and insert it into my planner.

It is especially dangerous when using ceramic ware for hot food or drinks & microwaving will release even more lead into food or beverages. Most of my mugs came from China but there were a few that had U.S.A. stamped on them. It has been a long time since I checked, but Dollar Tree used to post a Prop 65 warning on their shelves, alerting customers that their ceramic dishes "might" contain lead or substances that "might" cause cancer. If in doubt, only use the mugs for cold liquids.
Ear buds for sleeping? I'll have to go search your channel to see if I can find where you showed it, since I've probably tried 10-15 different types from Amazon the past year or so. I've yet to find any that actually block enough sound for me. I'm also trying various eye masks, because not only do I need complete quiet to sleep decent, I also need complete darkness~ sigh. Those soap loofahs HURT 😂 I was a dummy who tried it....I put the rest in my kitchen to use to clean tough spots lol. They do have another bar of soap loofah made with the mesh

I bought the same company twice and both have been refunded cause they cooked out by not charging for more than 2 hours even tho they say fully charged. I ordered the same Christmas Tree and a Santa air freshner, mine also came with pellets but they smelled like old lady so I threw them away..lol! I ordered the felt ones from Temu and added my own esstenial oil to the pad and put in the tree and the santa...smells way better. P.s I did have to cut the pads down to fit into the freshners.
